ارزیابیِ تفسیریِ کارکردهای زیست بوم کسب‌وکار کارآفرینی دانشگاه برای توسعه‌ی زیرساخت‌های استارت‌آپ‌های فناورانه‌

زمینه و هدف: استارت‌آپ‌های فناورانه در حوزه‌ی نفت شکل جدیدی از شرکت‌های تازه تاسیس یا کارآفرین هستند که با تحقیق و توسعه تلاش دارند تا به اقتصاد جهت رشد و پایداری کمک نمایند. این استارت‌آپ‌ها براساس زیرساخت‌هایی که دارند نرم‌افزارهایی تکنولوژی‌محور برای اکتشاف، استخراج و تولید محسوب می‎شوند که قادر هستند تا ظرفیت‌های دانشی در حوزه نفت را توسعه بخشند. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابیِ تفسیریِ کارکردهای زیست بوم کسب‌وکار کارآفرینی دانشگاه برای توسعه‌ی زیرساخت‌های استارت‌آپ‌های فناورانه‌ی حوزه‌ی نفت می‎باشد.روش بررسی: در این پژوهش به منظور شناسایی مولفه‌ها (ابعادِ توسعه‌ی زیرساخت‌های استارت‌آپ‌های فناورانه‌ی حوزه‌ی نفت) و گزاره‌های پژوهش (مضامین گزاره‌ایِ کارکردهای زیست بوم کسب‌وکار کارآفرینی دانشگاه) از تحلیل فراترکیب و با مشارکت 16 نفر از متخصصان حوزه کارآفرینی در سطح دانشگاهی استفاده شد. در بخش کمی مولفه‌ها و گزاره‌های شناسایی شده در قالب پرسشنامه‌های ماتریسی توسط 20 نفر از مدیران و معاونان در سطوح مختلف دانشگاهی در سطح استان گلستان موردِ رتبه‌بندی تفسیری (irp) قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد گزاره‌ی کارکردِ منابع انسانی به عنوان تاثیرگذارترین مضامینِ زیست بوم کسب‌وکار کارآفرینی دانشگاه می‌باشد که باعث توسعه‌ی ظرفیت مدیریت دانش فناوری نفت به عنوان مولفه‌ی استارت‌آپ‌های فناورانه‌ی حوزه‌ی نفت می‎شود.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این نتیجه نشان می‌دهد در تحتِ وجودِ تاثیرگذارترین گزاره‌ی زیست بوم کسب‌وکار کارآفرینی دانشگاهی یعنی، کارکردِ منابع انسانی محتمل‌ترین بُعدِ قابل توسعه‌ی زیرساختیِ استارت‌آپ‌های فناورانه‌ی حوزه‌ی نفت، ظرفیتِ مدیریت دانشِ فناورانه‌ی نفت می‎باشد.

Interpretive Evaluation of the Functions of the University Entrepreneurship Ecosystem for the Development of Infrastructure for Oil Technology Start-ups

Background and objectives: Oil technology startups are a new form of startup or entrepreneurial company that seeks to help the economy grow and sustain through research and development. These startups are based on the infrastructure they have technologydriven software for exploration; Extraction and production are considered to be able to develop knowledge capacities in the field of oil. The purpose of this study is to interpret the functions of the university entrepreneurship ecosystem to develop the infrastructure of oil technology startups.Material and Methodology: In this research, in order to identify the components (dimensions of infrastructure development of technological startups in the oil field) and research propositions (propositional themes of the functions of the university entrepreneurship ecosystem), combined analysis was used with the participation of 16 entrepreneurship experts at the university level. In the quantitative part, the identified components and propositions in the form of matrix questionnaires were interpreted by 20 managers and deputies at different university levels in Golestan province.Finding: The results showed that the proposition of human resource function as the most effective themes of the university entrepreneurship ecosystem that develops the capacity of oil technology knowledge management as a component of oil technology startups.Discussion and Conclusion: This result shows that under the most influential proposition of the university entrepreneurship ecosystem, namely, human resource function, the most likely scalable dimension of the infrastructure of oil technology startups is the capacity to manage oil technological knowledge.
