استفاده از گاز فلر برای تولید سوخت مایع و جلوگیری از آلودگی محیط زیست (مطالعه موردی: پالایشگاه سوم- فازهای 4 و 5 پارس جنوبی )

زمینه و هدف: در یک صد سال گذشته، افزایش استفاده از سوخت های فسیلی در صنایع مختلف اعم از پالایشگاهی، پتروشیمی، مجتمع های صنعتی و ... برای دست یابی به تولید بیش تر، ازدیاد آلاینده های مختلف در جهان را موجب گردیده است و نگرانی های محیط زیستی، هزینه های مختلف اقتصادی و هزینه سلامت به بشر تحمیل کرده است. یکی از مهم ترین منابع آلودگی محیط زیست، گازهای فلر صنایع می باشد. مطابق آمار جهانی ایران به عنوان سومین کشور سوزاننده این گازها شناخته می شود. کاهش انتشار این گازها از اهداف بزرگ جامعه جهانی می باشد.روش بررسی: بررسی روش های مختلف از جمله تبدیل گاز به مایع جهت بازیابی گاز فلر امری ضروری به نظر می رسد. در این تحقیق با استفاده از داده های خروجی گاز فلر یک پالایشگاه نمونه و نرم افزار .aspen hysys  شبیه سازی واحد تبدیل گاز به مایع انجام شده است.یافته ها: خروجی شبیه سازی نشان می دهد وقتی گاز فلر به عنوان ماده اولیه واحد gtl استفاده شود از این واحد 1549 بشکه محصولات gtl  در روز بدست خواهد آمد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: بررسی این مورد نشان می دهد یکی از راهکارهای مناسب برای بازیابی گاز فلر می تواند ایجاد واحد تبدیل گاز به مایع باشد .

Use of Flare Gas to Produce Liquid Fuel and Prevent the Environment from Polluting (Case Study: Third Refinery- Phases 4 and 5 of South Pars)

Background and Purpose: In the last hundred years, to reach more manufacturing, supplying and consumption, using fossil fuel increased in industries, such as refineries, petrochemical and industrial complexes, etc. which spread severely environmental pollution worldwide consequently. The pollution as a complex problem has many reasons and also leads many negative effects, including environmental concerns, economic cost and fatal impact to human health. One of the most important cause is flare gas of industries. According to the world statistics, Iran is considered as third largest position in burning flare gas. A huge reduction in emission of these gases is one of the main goals to be achieved with the help of all international communities.Materials and Methods: Hence different methods such as gas to liquid seems necessary as one option to recovery the flare gas. In this study, the data related to flare gas of a particular refinery with the help of simulation software Aspen Hysys, the GTL unit isanalyzed.Results: The simulation shows that when the flare gas used as a raw material to unit GTL, it will be achieved 1549 GTL product barrels per day.Discussion and Conclusions: This case study shows that one of the most important flare gas recovery method is GTL.
