بررسی دیدگاه شهروندان یزدی در مورد وضعیت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست (hse) پارک‌های این شهر

زمینه و هدف: تلطیف فضای سبز شهری، فراهم نمودن آرامش برای افراد ساکن در شهر و گذران اوقات فراغت در پارک ها از ویژگی پارک های شهری می باشد و از سویی با تمرکز جمعیت شهری، توجه به مسایل بهداشتی، ایمنی و محیط‌زیستی در پارک های شهری از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی و تعیین دیدگاه مردم نسبت به مسایل بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیستی پارک شهر محل سکونت بوده تا نهایتاً نتایج برای مدیریت شهری مطلوب‌تر و ارتقا شاخص های ایمنی، بهداشتی و محیط‌زیست پارک های شهر یزد مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.روش بررسی: پس از تعیین عوامل موثر بر ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیست پارک های شهری از طریق مطالعات کتابخانه ای و فعالیت های پیشین انجام شده، برای دریافت نظرهای شهروندان در مورد وضعیت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط‌زیست تعدادی از پارک های مهم شهر یزد (کوهستان، آزادگان، شهرداری، هفت‌تیر، غدیر، بزرگ شهر) از روش پرسش نامه ای استفاده شد و نتایج نظرات به کمک نرم افزار آماری spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل گردید.یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که میزان مطلوبیت شاخص های محیط‌زیستی از دیدگاه مردم 69.2 %، میزان مطلوبیت شاخص های بهداشتی 67 % و میزان مطلوبیت شاخص های ایمنی 62.4 % می باشد.بحث و نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اهمیت موضوع بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست در مکان ها و فضاهای شهری، تدوین سندی جامع و چارچوبی مشخص در زمینه مدیریت بهداشت، ایمنی و محیط زیست و نظارت و پایش مستمر این عوامل گامی موثر برای حل مشکلات و مسایل پیش روی مسئولان و برنامه ریزان شهری می باشد و مسیر رسیدن به توسعه پایدار شهری را هموارتر می کند.

Investigating Viewpoint of Citizens about the Status of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) in the Urban Parks of Yazd

Background and Objective: Strengthening urban green space, providing tranquility for people living in the city and spending leisure time in parks is a feature of urban parks, and on the other hand with the focus of the urban population, attention to health, safety and environmental issues in the park, urban development is of particular importance. The purpose of this study was to investigate and determine people’s views on health, safety and environmental issues of the city park in order to ultimately use the results for better urban management and promotion of safety, health and environmental indicators of Yazd city parks.Method: Therefore, after determining the factors affecting the safety, health and environment of urban parks through library studies and activities previously carried out to receipt of the citizens’ opinion  about the health, safety and the environment of a number of important parks in Yazd, the questionnaire method was used and  the results were analyzed by SPSS 22.Findings: Results show that people opinion about environmental, health and safety indices are obtained about 69.2%, 67% and 62.4%, recpectively.Discussion and Conclusion: According to the importance of Health, Safety and Environment in urban places, editing documents and comprehensive framework in the field of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and the control and monitoring of these factors is an effective step to solve problems that urban planners have, consequently the pass to sustainable development will be easier.
