مدیریت پسماندهای صنعتی مطالعه موردی شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد

زمینه و هدف : با افزایش پسماندهای صنعتی خطرناک و کمبود قانون های لازم برای مدیریت پسماند مشکلات جدی در برخی نقاط ایران بوجود آمده است. .هدف این تحقیق ارزیابی شرایط جمع آوری ، حمل و نقل ، بازیافت و دفع پسماندهای صنعتی در شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد تهران می باشد.روش بررسی : این تحقیق یک مطالعه توصیفی مقطعی می باشد که با مراجعه حضوری به واحد های صنعتی، تکمیل پرسشنامه سازمان حفاظت محیط زیست ایران و تجزیه و تحلیل انجام شده استیافته ها : در شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد532224 تن در سال یا  1478تن در روز پسماندهای صنعتی مختلف تولید می شود. بیشترین تولید پسماندها مربوط به پسماندهای صنایع معدنی 426048 تن در سال و 80درصد پسماند و کمترین تولید پسماندها مربوط به پسماندهای صنایع گروه تجهیزات پزشکی با 30.36 تن در سال یا و0.005 درصد می باشد. بیش از 90 درصد صنایع موجود در شهرک پسماند صنعتی تولید می کنند.نتیجه گیری : نتایج نشان داد  دفع نهایی پسماندهای بیشتر صنایع در شهرک  بازیافت و استفاده مجدد بوده و این مقدار برابر 85% می باشد. بهترین و اقتصادی ترین و دوستدار محیط زیست ترین فعلیت مدیریتی شهرک ممانعت از تولید ، افزایش پتانسیل بازیافت و استفاده مجدد مواد تاکید بر جداسازی از مبدا تولید و افزایش جداسازی مکانیکی و کاهش تولیدات دور ریز می باشد.

Industrial Waste Management;Case Study, Shams Abad Industrial Park

Introduction: Increasing hazardous industrial waste and lack of necessary regulations for management of them have led to serious problems in some parts of Iran. The aim of this study was to evaluate the situation of collection, transportation, recycling, and disposal of hazardous industrial wastes in the Shams Abad Industrial Park of Tehran, Iran. Method: The research was descipttive, cross sectional one. The data was gathered by first referring to industrial units and completion of Iranian Environmental Organization Questionnaire and then analyzing the gathered data.Findings: In the Shams Abad Industrial Park, 532224 ton/year or 1478ton/day of different industrial waste is produced. The biggest proportion of waste includes mineral wastes which are about 426048 ton/year or 805%. The smallest proportion in Cellulose waste is produced at a rate of 30.36 ton/year or 0.005%. 90 percent of the active industries at this park produce solid industrial waste.Results and Discussion: The result of this study showed that disposal of these wastes is mainly done by recycling and reusage in other industries is about 85%. The best , most economic, and most environmentfriendly waste management activity of the Shams Abad Industrial  Park is prevention of production, increasing the potential recycling, and reuse of material with emphasis on sorting at the production site, increasing mechanical sorting, and decreasing production of disposable waste.
