ارزیابی توزیع فضایی پارک‌های محله ای و ارایه الگوی بهینه مکان یابی با استفاده ازروش vikor (مطالعه موردی: شهر اردبیل)

زمینه و هدف: پارک‌های شهری به عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین کاربری‌های شهری نقش بسزایی در زمینه کاهش آلودگی هوا و ارتقاء کیفیت زندگی افراد ساکن در محدوده های شهری دارند. برنامه‌ریزی و مکان یابی آن ها، می تواند تا حد زیادی محیط انسان ساخت را به عنوان یک جامعه انسانی مطلوب معنی دار کرده و با کاهش آثار مخرب گسترش صنعت و بالا بردن سطح زیبای بصری موجب افزایش کیفیت زیستی و هویت بخشی به ساکنان آن گردد.: از این رو هدف پژوهش حاضر ارزیابی و مکان یابی پارک‌های محله ای با استفاده از قواعد تصمیم گیری چند معیاری (mcdm) در سطح شهر اردبیل می‌باشد.روش بررسی: روش پژوهش با توجه به هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ ماهیت و روش، توصیفی تحلیلی است. معیارهای مورد بررسی مشتمل بر 12 مولفه است که جهت توزیع مکانی فضایی پارک‌های محله ای گروه‌بندی‌ شده اند. در تحقیق حاضر برای وزن دهی معیار های مورد استفاده از تکنیک های critic و مقایسه زوجی استفاده به عمل آمده و در ادامه برای ارایه الگوی مناسب جهت توزیع مکانی فضای سبز شهر اردبیل از روش تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره vikor در محیط idrisi استفاده شده است. نتایج و خروجی حاصله در قالب یک نقشه درجه بندی شده از مطلوبیت مکانی ارایه شده است.یافته ها: بررسی نتایج نشان می‌دهد که پیکسل‌های اولویت دار معرفی شده در خروجی حاصل از مدل، دارای شرایط بهینه از منظر معیارهای تعریف شده است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: بنابراین این مدل می‌تواند به عنوان یک سیستم پشتیبان تصمیم گیری در توزیع مکانی فضایی پارک‌های محله ای موجود مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

Evaluating the Spatial distribution of Neighborhood Parks and Presenting the Optimal site Selection Model Using VIKOR Method (Case study: Ardabil city)

Background and Objective: Urban parks have a significant role in reducing air pollution and improving the quality of life of the people living in urban areas. Planning and site selection of urban parks can significantly change a manmade environment to an ideal human society and enhance the quality of life and identity of the inhabitants by promoting the visual beauty and reducing the adverse effects of industrial development. The aim of this study was to evaluate and locate neighborhood parks using the principles of multicriteria decision making (MCDM) in Ardabil city.Method: The used method was functional in terms of its objective and descriptive analysis in terms of its nature. The studied criteria consisted 12 components grouped for the spatial distribution of neighborhood parks. In this study, CRITIC techniques and pairwise comparison were used to weight the criteria. Subsequently, the Vikor multicriteria decisionmaking method was used in IDRISI to develope an appropriate model for the spatial distribution of green spaces in Ardabil. The obtained results were presented in the form of a graded map of desirability of place.Findings: The results show that priority pixels introduced in the model output have optimum conditions in terms of the defined criteria.Discussion and Conclusion: This model can be used as a decision support system in the spatial distribution of the existing neighborhood parks.
