بررسی عوامل موثر بر مدیریت بصری دید‌ها و چشم‌انداز‌ها به سمت ابنیه با ارزش تاریخی – عملکردی (مطالعه موردی: منظر خیابانی آستانه سید علاالدین حسین شیراز)

زمینه و هدف: امروزه هویت بخشی به حوزه های شهری از طریق حفظ، ارتقا شخصیت و توانمند سازی (عملکردی و فرمی) بناهای با ارزش تاریخی عملکردی، که به عنوان نشانه در خاطره جمعی و تصویر ذهنی انسان ها از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردارند، امری با ارزش در مباحث طراحی شهری است. در این زمینه به نظر می رسد اتخاذ تدبیری که فرصت دید به این ابنیه را فراهم آورد و کیفیت نفوذ پذیری بصری را به محیط قرارگیری این ابنیه ببخشد، از راهکار های توانمند سازی این بنا ها به حساب می آید. روش بررسی: در این تحقیق از روش تحقیق توصیفی-تحلیلی و شیوه های تحقیق مرور متون و منابع و اسناد تصویری در بستر مطالعات کتابخانه ای و همچنین از روش تحقیقی موردی و شیوه تحقیق مشاهده و مصاحبه در بستر مطالعات میدانی استفاده شده است. همچنین منظر خیابانی آستانه سید علاءالدین حسین واقع در بافت قدیم شیراز به عنوان مطالعه موردی این تحقیق معرفی و ویژگی های آن تحلیل شده است. یافته ها: نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که دیدها و چشم انداز ها، به عنوان انگاره های اصلی سازمان بصری و منظر شهری، عناصری هستند که می توانند از طریق قانونمندی هایی، زمینه نفوذپذیری بصری بناهای با ارزش تاریخی عملکردی را فرهم آورند. نتیجه گیری: تحقیق پیش رو ضمن تدقیق مفاهیم مرتبط با چشم انداز های شهری و جایگاه آنها در مدیریت و مطالعات بصری، به تحلیل قانون مندی های جهانشمول حاکم بر طراحی هدفمند و آگاهانه چشم انداز ها به سوی ابنیه با ارزش تاریخی – عملکردی درون شهری پرداخته است. همچنین با بهره گیری از قانون مندی های تدقیق شده، راهکار هایی به منظور بهبود کیفیت منظر خیابانی آستانه سید علاءالدین حسین شیراز ارائه گردیده است.

Investigation of the Factors Affecting Visual Management of Views and Vistas within the Historical Functional Valuable Buildings (Case Study: Streetscape of Seyyed Alaedin Hossein Shrine, Shiraz)

Background and Objective: Nowadays, giving identity to urban areas through preserving, promoting the character and empowerment (function and form) of the buildings with historical–functional value, which has a prominent role as a symbol in collective memory and mental status of people, is of high importance in urban design discussion. Seemingly, taking an action which provides these buildings with the opportunity to be viewed and provides their position and environment with the quality of visual permeability, can be considered as one of the empowerment strategies for these buildings. Method: In this study, a descriptiveanalytical method with literature review of the resources and documents in the context of visual studies and also case study by interview and observation methodology in the field studies have been used. Also, the streetscape of Seyyed Alaedin Hossein Shrine in historical and traditional district of Shiraz was analyzed. Findings: The results of this paper showed that the views and vistas, as the main elements of urban landscape visual system, are the elements which can facilitate the visual permeability in the buildings with historical–functional value through regulations. Discussion and Conclusion: This study represents the concepts related to views and vistas and their role and position in visual management and visual studies. Also, this study reviews the universal rules for purposeful and conscious design of views on the buildings with historicalfunctional value within the city. In this paper, using the verified regulations, the strategies for improving the quality of the streetscape of Seyyed Alaedin Hossein Shrine in Shiraz have been presented.
