پیامدهای محیط زیستی توسعه توریسم با استفاده از روش ماتریس ارزیابی اثرات سریع (مطالعه موردی: ساحل چاف تا چمخاله، گیلان)

زمینه و هدف: اهمیت موضوع گردشگری به عنوان پدیده ای نوین و منبعی برای توسعه از ابعاد مختلف سیاسی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و محیط زیستی قابل بررسی است و آن یکی از اصلی ترین منابع درآمد کشورها در حال حاضر است. متاسفانه گسترش جریان های گردشگری با برنامه ریزی نامناسب به همراه ضعف زیرساخت ها و مدیریت گردشگری، اثرات محیط زیستی منفی زیادی در پی داشته است. هدف از این تحقیق، شناخت و ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی ناشی از اماکن اقامتی و پذیرایی توریستی در منطقه ساحلی چاف تا چمخاله با استفاده از روش ماتریس ارزیابی اثرات سریع در فاز بهره برداری بر چهار محیط فیزیکی شیمیایی، اکولوژیکی بیولوژیکی، اجتماعی فرهنگی و اقتصادی فنی می باشد. روش بررسی: یکی از روش های ارزیابی اثرات محیط زیستی، روش ماتریس ارزیابی اثرات سریع است که این تحقیق بر اساس  این روش با داده های استاندارد از معیارهای مهم ارزیابی انجام گرفته است. یافته‌ها: نتایج به دست آمده نشان می دهد که توسعه توریسم  بر  محیط اقتصادی فنی و اجتماعی – فرهنگی دارای  اثرات مثبت  است. حداقل اثرات منفی در بخش بهداشت و ترافیک و حداکثر اثرات منفی در محیط فیزیکی ومحیط زیست  است.   بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: توسعه توریسم در ناحیه مورد مطالعه شاید سبب افزایش درامد اقتصادی و امار اشتغال  شده باشد ولی تخریب ان به مراتب بیشتر است و دور نمای منفی  مانند تخریب محیط های فیزیکی ، تغییرات کاربری اراضی،حفظ محیط زیست را در استفاده از روشهای موجود را نشان می دهد.

Investigating the environmental consequences of tourism development by the Rapid Impact Assessment Matrix method(Case study: Costal area of ChafChamkhaleh, Guilan)

Background and Objective: The topic of tourism as a new phenomenon and a source for development can be investigated from different aspects of political, economic, social, cultural and environmental policies. It is one of the main sources of income for countries at present. Unfortunately, due to improper planning as well as weak infrastructure and management of tourism, development of tourism has led to large negative environmental impacts. The aim of this study is to assess the environmental impacts caused by the residences and tourist accommodations in the coastal area of ChafChamkhale using the Rapid Impact Assessment Matrix method (RIAM) in operation phase of physicalchemical, ecologicalbiological, socialcultural and economic operational environments. Method: Rapid impact assessment matrix method (RIAM) is one of the methods used for assessing the environmental impacts. Using this method, the standard data of important criteria have been assessed in this study. Findings: The results show that tourism development has positive effects on economicoperational and socialcultural environments.  The minimum negative effects were seen on health and traffic and the maximum effects were noticed on physical environment. Discussion and Conclusion: Although tourism development in the study area has seemingly increased economical income and employment, it has posed a much larger destruction and negative views such as degradation of physical environments, land use change and environmental conservation as a result of employing the existing methods.
