ارزیابی ریسک ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط‌زیست بخش صنعت شرکت کشت و صنعت سلمان فارسی با استفاده از روش delphi و مدل تلفیقی fmea&topsis

زمینه و هدف: فعالیت های صنعتی و توسعه ای بخشی از تلاش انسان برای رسیدن به رفاه بیش تر است اما در اثر این تغییرات و گسترش این نوع فعالیت ها مخاطرات خاصی که ناشی از تغییر در نظام رایج طبیعت است نیز می شود. کارکنان شاغل در بخش صنعت این شرکت در سطوح مختلف، با توجه به فعالیت هایی که انجام می شود، در معرض خطرهای ایمنی و بهداشتی قرار می گیرند. تحقیق حاضر به منظور شناسایی جنبه ها و ریسک های بارز ایمنی، بهداشت و محیط زیستی در بخش صنعت کشت و صنعت سلمان فارسی در سال 1393 انجام پذیرفت. روش بررسی: در این مطالعه از روش های delphi، fmea و مدل تلفیقی fmea&topsis استفاده گردید. یافته ها: بر اساس روش دلفی از 57 جنبه و ریسک شناسایی شده مربوط به فعالیت های این صنعت، 13 مورد آن ها بارز تشخیص داده شد. ریسک تماس با سر و صدا با کد شناسایی 1r بالاترین و حمل قطعات سنگین با کد شناسایی 44r پایین ترین نمره را به خود اختصاص دادند. در ادامه به کمک روش fmea، 57 جنبه و ریسک شناسایی و تعداد 21 مورد از آن ها غیرقابل تحمل و بارز شناخته شدند، که به عنوان داده های ورودی مدل تلفیقی fmea&topsis جهت وزن دهی و رتبه بندی استفاده گردیدند. جنبه محیط زیستی ورود فاضلاب به محیط زیست با کد شناسایی 57r بالاترین و دررفتن سبد سانتریفیوژ با کد 18r پایین ترین اولویت را در این روش به خود اختصاص دادند. بحث و نتیجه گیری: استقرار سیستم های مدیریت یکپارچه و پیاده سازی شایسته آن ها می تواند به عنوان پیشنهاد عملی تاثیر گذار بر حذف و یا کاهش جنبه ها و ریسک های موجود در بخش صنعت شرکت کشت و صنعت سلمان فارسی باشد.

Environment, Health and Safety Risk Assessment in Industrial Sector of Salman Farsi AgroIndustrial Company Using Delphi Technique and FMEA & TOPSIS Integrated Model

Background and Objective: Industrial and development activities are parts of the human attempt to achieve greater prosperity. But the effects of these changes and develop this kind of activity due to specific risks arising from changes in prevalent system of nature. Working staff in the agricultural sector of this company at different levels, according to a variety of activities that can be done, are exposed to health and safety risks. This research has been done in order to identify safety, health and environmental aspects and important risks of Salman Farsi Agroindustry Company in 2014.Method: In this study Delphi, FMEA and FMEA & TOPSIS Integrated models are used.Findings: According to Delphi method 57 aspects and risks related to the activities of this industry identified and 13 of them were diagnosed significantly. Risk of exposure to noise with identification code R1 obtain the highest score and transport the heavy parts with identification cod R44 obtain the lowest score respectively. According to the FMEA method, 57 aspects and risks identified based on industry activities and 21 of them became intolerable and clear, as input data to the weighting stage and grading were used combined method TOPSIS and FEMEA. According to this method environmental aspects of waste entering to the environment with identification cod R57 obtained the highest score and falling the centrifuges basket with identification cod R18 obtained the lowest score.Discussion and Conclusion: Establish and implement integrated management systems that can be qualified as a practical proposal affecting elimination or reduction of risk in industrial sector of Salman Farsi agroindustrial Company.
