حکومت اسلامی و ولایت فقیه در فلسفه سیاسی علامه طباطبایی

مقدمه و اهداف انقلاب اسلامی در تقابل با اندیشه سکولاریسم که در لایه های عمیق فکری جوامع در حال گسترش بود، سامان گرفت و تلاش کرد همه ابعاد فکری و عملی خود را در جدایی از سیطره این اندیشه و رویکرد سامان دهد. از جمله آنها ابعاد فکری و عملی حکومت و حکومتداری بود علامه طباطبایی با دغدغه تبیین اندیشه حکومت اسلامی با رویکرد فلسفه اجتماعی ،اسلام مقالاتی را در سال 1341 از رحلت آیت الله و پس بروجردی منتشر کردند. در این مقالات به طرح مباحث اساسی فلسفه سیاسی و طرح حکومت اسلامی پرداخته شده بود. طرح فلسفه اجتماعی و سیاسی ارائه شده در آثار بعدی ایشان تفصیل یافته و میتوان آن را به عنوان نقشه کلی اندیشه اجتماعی و خصوصاً فلسفه سیاسی وی معرفی کرد لذا مهم ترین هدف پژوهش حاضر صورت بندی طرح نظری فلسفه سیاسی علامه طباطبایی بر اساس مقالات ذکر شده و تحلیل کنش علمی ایشان ناظر به تحقق حکومت اسلامی است. از جمله اهداف دیگر پژوهش مقایسه نگاه علامه طباطبایی با دیگر اندیشمندان مسلمان دوره معاصر در نسبت با مساله مرجعیت دین در عرصه سیاسی و اجتماعی و حکومت اسلامی است. این پژوهش پاسخ به سوال طرح حکومت اسلامی و ولایت فقیه در فلسفه سیاسی علامه طباطبایی چیست؟» سامان گرفته در است.روش در این پژوهش گردآوری داده ها به روش کتابخانه ای انجام شده و روش تحلیل داده ها بر اساس روش قصد گرای اسکینر است در روش قصدگرای اسکینر با بررسی شرایط زمینهای اجتماعی (تاریخی و متنی منتشر شده، اندیشه علامه طباطبایی در نسبت با سایر متفکران تحلیل میشود و انتشار مقالات ایشان به مثابه کنش گفتاری در دهه 40 شمسی تلقی شده و صورت بندی طرح فلسفه سیاسی ایشان انجام می شود. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان میدهد سوال زمانه ای که اندیشمندان اسلامی بعد از رحلت آیت الله بروجردی با آن مواجه بوده اند عبارت است از اینکه ایجاد و حفظ مرجعیت دین در عرصه اجتماعی و سیاسی، نیاز به چه تغییراتی در نهاد دین و روحانیت دارد؟ علامه طباطبایی همچون امام خمینی (ره) حفظ مرجعیت دین در عرصه سیاسی و اجتماعی را از طریق تحول نگاه نسبت به نظام سیاسی اسلام دنبال میکند و آن را به تغییراتی در درون سازمان روحانیت محدود نمی سازد. یعنی ایشان برخلاف سایر اندیشمندان معاصر خود، پاسخ سوال زمانه را در استقرار رویکرد حکومت) (ولایی و استقرار سازمان ولایت در جامعه امکان پذیر میداند. بنابراین با ارائه تقریری اجتماعی از دین و احکام اسلامی طرح فلسفی نظریه ولایت فقیه و ضرورت تحقق حکومت اسلامی را مطرح می.کند. در این طرح فلسفی و عقلی جزئیاتی همچون کارویژه سازمان ،ولایت ارکان ،آن نسبت قوانین با ولی جامعه کارگزاری مردم در نسبت با حکومت و ... ارائه می شود. نتیجه گیری در نتیجه گیری مشخص میشود که علامه طباطبایی با اثبات عقلی ضرورت حکومت اسلامی و ولایت فقیه در عصر غیبت نسبت مردم با سازمان ولایت را صورت بندی کرده است قصد ایشان از انتشار مقالات به عنوان یک کنش معنادار تثبیت عقل و فلسفی نظام اجتماعی و سیاسی دین با محوریت تشکیل سازمان ولایت بوده است.
