ارزیابی کاربست الگوی انقلاب‌های‌ شرقی و غربی بر انقلاب اسلامی

انقلاب‌ها از جمله پیچیده‌ترین پدیده‌های بشری‌اند. اگرچه در چارچوب مدل‌سازی‌های نظری تلاش می‌شود تا حدالامکان به شکل ساده‌تری توضیح داده شوند. تاکنون دسته‌بندی‌های مختلفی از انقلاب‌ها ارائه شده است. یکی تقسیم‌بندی ساده و دوگانه‌ای که در بررسی تحولات انقلابی ایران کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته، دسته‌بندی ساموئل هانتینگتون از انقلاب‌هاست. او در یک نگاه کلی انقلاب‌ها را به دو دسته شرقی و غربی تقسیم می‌کند و برای هر یک ویژگی‌هایی برمی‌شمارد و ویژگی‌های این دو دسته انقلاب‌ها را در مقابل یکدیگر قرار می‌دهد. بر این اساس سوال این پژوهش از این قرار است؛ انقلاب اسلامی در کدام دسته از این دوگانه قرار می‌گیرد و این الگوبندی تاچه حد در تحلیل انقلاب اسلامی کارآمد است؟ فرضیه‌ای که این پژوهش به بررسی آن می‌پردازد ضمن تاکید بر نزدیکی انقلاب ایران به مدل غربی انقلاب‌ها و تفاوت‌های نسبتا بنیادین آن با مدل انقلاب‌های شرقی، نقدهایی به این الگوبندی در تحلیل انقلاب اسلامی وارد می‌داند. برای بررسی این فرضیه، گردآوری داده‌ها به شکل کتابخانه‌ای خواهد بود و از روش مقایسه‌ای-تاریخی بهره خواهیم برد.

evaluation of application “the eastern and the western” models of revolution to iran`s islamic revolution

although theoretical modeling seeks to explain revolutions as possible as simple, they are amongst the most complicated human phenomena. despite common features in terms of the beginning, procedure, and outcomes, revolutions differ considerably. considering the similarities and differences between revolutions leads to understanding the contextual and intellectual characteristics, the agents, and the kind of mass activism in revolutions. there have been various divisions about revolutions. samuel huntington’s simple division about revolutions, i.e. the western and the eastern, has been paid attention to in reviewing iran`s islamic revolution. he divides revolutions into two general types based on some particular characteristics. in which category does the islamic revolution fall into this duality and how efficient is this modeling in formulating and analyzing the islamic revolution? to respond to the question, the paper hypothesizes that iran`s islamic revolution shows similarities to the western type and fundamental differences with the eastern type. although in this analysis, the authors also criticize this modeling in the analysis of the islamic revolution. to explain the hypothesis, the paper conducts a comparative-historical method for analyzing the library-based data of the research.
