صورت‌بندی نظریه‎پردازی تمدنی در روابط بین‎الملل

تحول نظری در روابط بین‎الملل از جمله موضوعات مهم در دانش این حوزه است. در بررسی تحولات نظری، مسئله کانونی، چگونگی خلق نظریه‎های جدید، ایجاد مناظره‎های علمی میان نظریه‎ها و در نهایت ظهور نظریه‎هایی متفاوت و یا متعارض است. ورود مفهوم تمدن به دانش روابط بین‎الملل و ظهور دو خوانش از تمدن، تحلیل تمدنی از روابط بین‎الملل را در دو رویکرد متفاوت آشکار نموده است. یک رویکرد، تمدن را به‌مثابه یک «وضعیت» ثابت و ایستا، و رویکرد دیگر تمدن را به‌مثابه یک «فرایند» در نظر می‎گیرد. وجه اشتراک هر دو رویکرد آن است که  هر دو به زمینه‎محور بودنِ نظریه اذعان دارند و تمدن را به‌مثابه یک سطح تحلیل و مقوله‏ای سیاسی می‎پذیرند، اما تفاوت آن‌ها در ارائه تعریفی متفاوت از ماهیت تمدن، نظام بین‎الملل و بروندادهای تحلیلیِ کاربست تمدن به‌مثابه یک سطح تحلیل است. فرضیه پژوهش حاضر این است که وجود دو رویکرد متعارض نسبت به تمدن در روابط بین‎الملل، شکل‎دهنده مناظره‎ای تمدنی در روابط بین‎الملل بوده و به نظر می‎رسد روابط بین‎الملل در آستانه ظهور یک نظریه تمدنی است. در این پژوهش تلاش می‎شود با روش توصیفی تحلیلی و مراجعه به متون و فراتحلیل داده‎های تولید شده، تصویری روشن از این مناظره و فراتحلیلی از الزامات نظریه‎پردازی روابط بین‎الملل ارائه شود.

the formulation of civilizational theorizing in international relations

theoretical evolution in international relations is one of the important topics in the knowledge of international relations. in examining theoretical developments, the central issue is how to create new theories, create scientific debates between theories, and ultimately the emergence of different or conflicting theories. the introduction of the concept of civilization into the knowledge of international relations and the emergence of two readings of civilization have revealed the civilizational analysis of international relations in two different approaches. one approach considers civilization as a fixed and static &state&, and the other approach considers civilization as a &process&. the common feature of both approaches is that they both acknowledge the contextoriented nature of the theory and accept civilization as a level of analysis and a political category, but their difference lies in providing a different definition of the nature of civilization, the international system and analytical outputs of civilization application are as a level of analysis. the hypothesis of the current research is that the existence of two conflicting approaches to civilization in international relations has shaped a civilizational debate in international relations and it seems that international relations is on the verge of the emergence of a civilizational theory. in this research, an attempt is made to provide a clear picture of this debate and a metaanalysis of the requirements of international relations theory by referring to the texts and metaanalysis of the generated data using the descriptiveanalytical method.
