الگوی مفهومی ثبات / بی‏ ثباتی در تداوم / عدم تداوم نظام ‏های سیاسی: علل، روند و نتایج

موضوع ثبات و بی‎ثباتی سیاسی به دلیل تاثیر بر تداوم/ عدم تداوم نظام سیاسی موضوعی مهم در علم سیاست محسوب می‏شود. نظام‏های سیاسی همیشه با این موضوع درگیر بوده‏اند، اما در چند سده اخیر و با گسترش تاسیسات تمدنی غرب به دیگر نقاط جهان، این موضوع به اشکال مختلف در کشورهای دنیا بیشتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. مهم‏ترین نظریه‏ای که در این زمینه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و دیگر موضوعات تابع این نظریه کلان بوده، بحث تعادل اجتماعی است. زمانی که شکلی از تعادل اجتماعی از بین می‏رود تا شکل‏گیری تعادل جدید، کلیت نظام سیاسی به تبع نظام اجتماعی دچار بی‏ثباتی سیاسی می‏شود و به طور مداوم تغییرات سیاسی را تجربه خواهد کرد. مقاله حاضر به دنبال ارائه الگوی مفهومی ثبات/ بی‏ثباتی سیاسی در نظام‏های سیاسی و تشریح علل تداوم/ عدم تداوم آنهاست. فرضیه مقاله این است که موضوع ثبات/ بی‏ثباتی به‎واسطه درک علت آن، نوع فشار سیاسی از خارج برای تغییر الگوی ارزشی و پاسخ حکومت به آن به روش مسالمت‏آمیز/ قهرآمیز می‏تواند در افزایش/ کاهش بی‏ثباتی سیاسی نقش داشته باشد. این الگوی مفهومی کمک می‏کند تا علاوه بر درک بهتر موضوع، زمینه مطالعات تجربی آن را ارتقا یابد.

the subjectmatter on the political stability and instability is of a paramount issue in the political science by which it could be effect on the (dis)consolidation of the political power. it was the matter that the political system faced very often, rather it did follow a new pattern by getting growing the modern civilizational establishments in throughout the world in recent centuries. the social equilibrium was the quintessential theory that promoted the related issues in sequence. once a social equilibrium falls into decline, the whole political system as a result of the social one gets a tangle into the political instability and the political changes constantly till to reshape a new one. based on the framework, it tried to show that what is the conceptual pattern of the political stability and instability occurrence in (dis)consolidating the political systems. the conceptual pattern is related to what is the cause of the political (in)stability, to what extent the political pressure from the abroad would be effect on the system functioning and what is the response of the political system to it by peaceful mechanism or restoring the force that could being lead to the stable or volatile situations. by the conceptual pattern, not only does it make a better framework to understand the subjectmatter, does it a proper set to survey empirically on it.
