حک شدگی: چارچوبی برای روابط چین-نوردیک ها

در دو دهه اول قرن بیستم روابط چیننوردیک ها فضای جدیدی را تجربه می ‌کند و پیچیدگی ‌های این رابطه بیشتر شده است. چین به لحاظ اقتصادی در حال رشد است و نوردیک‌ ها نیز برای توسعه مدل ترکیبی دولت رفاه خود نیازمند سرمایه ‌گذاری چینی ‌ها بوده ‌اند. با این حال تمایل چین به استفاده از ظرفیت اقتصادیسیاسی منطقه نوردیک علاوه بر مواجه شدن با چالش ‌های بیرونی بر اساس وضعیت متغیرهای اجتماعی نیز تبیین‌ پذیر است. سوال اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که چگونه سازوکارهای کنش‌ های اقتصادی چیننوردیک ها در درون بسترهای اجتماعی حک شده است؟ در پاسخ به این سوال پژوهش حاضر تلاش کرده با وفاداری به سنت جامعه‌ شناسی اقتصادی، کنش اقتصادی چیننوردیک‌ ها را در بستر حک ‌شدگی تبیین کند. حک ش‌دگی تاریخی، دلالت بر وضعیت چسبندگی الگوهای ساختاری، تاریخی، پیشینه روابط و ملاحظات تاریخی به روابط اقتصادی دارد. حک شدگی شناختیروانشناختی، دلالت بر چسبندگی برداشت های ذهنی، عناصر شناختی متقابل، تصویر از جامعه و ادراک شهروندان/نخبگان به مناسبات اقتصادی دارد. حک شدگی سیاسی نیز دلالت بر چسبندگی اولویت ‌های سیاسی، تصمیم گیری ‌های سیاسی، جایگاه سیاسی کشور، جایگاه منافع ملی و حیاتی، توازن قدرت و متغیرهای بین ‌المللی به ترتیبات اقتصادی دارد. پژوهش حاضر به ‌لحاظ هدف، بنیادین است و در تلاش است تا چارچوب روابط چیننوردیک ‌ها را در بستر جامعه ‌شناسی اقتصادی تبیین کند.

Embeddedness: a framework for understanding China-Nordics Relations

In the late two decades of the 21th century, ChinaNordic relations experienced a new atmosphere, and the complexity of this relationship increased. China is growing economically, and the Nordics have needed Chinese investment to develop their combined welfare state model. However, China’s willingness to use the economicpolitical capacity of the Nordic region, in addition to facing external challenges, has also been explained by the state of social variables. The main question of the present study is how the mechanisms of ChinaNordic economic actions are engraved within the social context? In answer to this question, the present study has tried to explain the ChinaNordic economic action in the context of sovereignty by adhering to the tradition of economic sociology. Historical rationality refers to the state of adherence of structural and historical patterns, the history of relations, and historical considerations to economic relations. Cognitivepsychological wisdom implies the attachment of mental perceptions, mutual cognitive elements, the image of society and the perception of citizens / elites to economic relations. Political governance also implies the attachment of political priorities, political decisions, the political position of the country, the position of national and vital interests, the balance of power and international variables to economic arrangements. The present study is fundamental in terms of purpose and seeks to explain the framework of SinoNordic relations in the context of economic sociology.
