اخلاق سیاسی به مثابه اخلاق حرفه ای

پژوهش حاضر در صدد است چگونگی کاربست مباحث اخلاق حرفه ای در اخلاق سیاسی را نشان دهد. اخلاق حرفه ای که ارتباط زیادی با اخلاق کاربردی و سازمانی دارد، از مباحث رایج حوزه ی اخلاق کنونی است که در جهت ارتقای کارآمدی سازمان ها مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد. در این نوشته با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی تلاش می شود چگونگی استفاده از ادبیات این بحث در اخلاق سیاسی تحلیل و چالش های عمده ی پیش روی آن به بحث نهاده شود. عدم توجه به علم و فن سیاسی در سازمان های دولتی، بحث از ماهیت غیرحرفه ای برخی مشاغل مهم سیاسی و خلط اخلاق حرفه‌ای با سودگرایی از جمله مهم ترین این چالش ها هستند. نیاز به نوعی الزام در اخلاق سیاسی و نیاز به وجود مرجعی مشخص برای حل و فصل عقلانی و قابل پذیرش معضلات اخلاقی از ضروری ترین نیازهای ما به اخلاق سیاسی است.

Political ethics as professional ethics

The present study seeks to show how professional ethics issues are applied in political ethics. Professional ethics, which has a lot to do with applied and organizational ethics, is one of the common topics in the current field of ethics that is used to promote the efficiency of organizations. In this article, with a descriptive and analytical method, an attempt is made to discuss how to use the literature of this discussion in political ethics and to discuss the major challenges facing it. Lack of attention to political science and technology in government organizations, discussion of the unprofessional nature of some important political jobs and confusion of professional ethics with utilitarianism are among the most important of these challenges. The need for some kind of obligation in political ethics and the need for a clear reference to resolve rational and acceptable moral problems is one of our most essential needs for political ethics.
