داوری سیاسی به مثابه امر تراژیک: با بررسی و تحلیل اندیشه مارتا نوسبام

داوری و قضاوت کردن در میان جهان‌های هنجارمندی که در نزاع و تعارض با یکدیگر هستند، دشوار است. چرا که آنها در برخورداری از واژگان مشابه، معیارهای عقلانی مورد توافق و تعهدات اخلاقی مشترک هم‌‌راستا نیستند. لذا با روش‌های مرسوم در کاوش‌های فلسفی نمی‌توان میان این جهان‌های هنجاری دست به داوری زد. در چنین شرایطی، داوری‌های سیاسی معمولاً به امور تراژیکی ختم می‌شوند که در عرصه سیاسی عواقبی ناگوار دارند. در همین راستا سوال اصلی مقاله این است که داوری سیاسی به‌مثابه امری تراژیک به چه معنا است؟ و چه پیامدهای برای زیستارهای‌ سیاسی دارد؟ برای یافتن پاسخ، نوشتار حاضر با تاکید بر این که داوری‌سیاسی مانند کنشی در موقعیت‌تراژیک، تجربه‌ای است که در زمان و محلِ خاصِ فرد رخ می‌دهد، امکان توسل به اصول متعین پیشینی در این زمینه را مردود دانسته و با ابتنا به اندیشة هنجاری مارتا نوسبام، درصدد ارائه نوعی داوری به‌مثابه داوری تراژیک است که اصل اساسی آن مبتنی بر حضور شانس اخلاقی در پی ریزی قابلیت‌های‌انسانی است. قابلیت هایی که منجر به رهایش انسان از یک مصیبت به یک خوشبختی می‌شوند. در واقع داوری در اندیشه نوسبام، پراکسیس سیاسی را متوجه به عناصری بیرون از کنشگر می‌کند و در عین حال بر تاثیر موقعیت‌های ستیزه‌ای و چندجانبۀ فرهنگی، سیاسی و مذهبی تاکید دارد که بر جهت‌دهی به رفتارهای عادلانه و غیرعادلانه، مصیبت ساز یا سعادت ساز و غیره در حوزه سیاسی موثرند.

This article rejects the possibility of resorting to previous principles in this field, emphasizing that political Judgment, like Judgment in a tragic situation, is an experience that occurs at the specific time and place of each individual. Based on Nussbaum’s normative thought, this article seeks to present a kind of judgment as a tragic matter, that Its basic principle is moral luck and attention to human capabilities. Capabilities that lead to the liberation of man from a calamity to a happiness. In fact, judgment in Nussbaum’s thought focuses on the political praxis to elements outside the actor, while at the same time emphasizing the impact of altercation and multifaceted cultural, political, and religious situations, Which are effective in directing fair and unjust behaviors, tragic or Happinessorirnted, etc. in the political sphere.
