تحول لایه‌های معنایی مفهوم دولت در عصر فتحعلی‌شاهی (دوره بحران و ابهام)

این پژوهش سیر تاریخی ظهور مفهوم دولت در زبان زمانه را در نیمه نخست قرن سیزده قمری یعنی دوره جانشینِ موسس سلسله قاجار بررسی می‌کند. پرسش محوری پژوهش این است که با ورود ایران به دوران آستانه ای خود تا چه میزان تحولات مربوط به این بحران، در کاربرد مفهوم دولت، در متون آن دوره، بازتاب زبانی داشته و کدام لایه های معنایی آن تقویت و کدام‌یک حذف یا جابه‌جا شده اند؟ مدعای ما این است که مفهوم قدیم دولت در این دوره، با اضطراب حاصل از بحرانِ واقع‌شدن در آستانه زمان تاریخی و مواجهه با مفهوم جدید، برای نخستین‌بار درون هاله‌ای سنگین از ابهام قرار گرفت؛ ابهامی که در عمل، زنگ آغاز پایان مفهوم ثابت و منجمد از دولت را که ادعای ازلیت و ابدیت می‌کرد، به صدا در آورد. از همین نقطه، زمینه چالش سهمگین میان دو فهم از مفهوم قدیم و جدید دولت به‌تدریج تکوین یافت. برای این منظور، خواهیم کوشید با بهره‌گیری از کلیات نظریه تاریخ مفهومی راینهارت کوزلک آلمانی لایه‌های معنایی مفهوم دولت و ظهور زبانی بیانی آن‌ها در مواجهه با بحران نوپدید عارض بر دولت یعنی بحران جنگ‌های ایران و روسیه را در آثار نویسندگان دوره مذکور بکاویم.

The change of the semantic layers of the concept of State in the era of Fath Ali Shahi (period of crisis and ambiguity)

This Work shows the historical process of the appearance of the concept of State in the language of the Time in the first half of the thirteenth lunar century, the period of the successor to the founder of the Qajar dynasty. The central question of the research is that with the entry of Iran into its threshold period, to what extent the changes related to this crisis have a linguistic reflection in the application of the concept of State in the texts of that period, and which semantic layers are strengthened and which are deleted or Moved? Our claim that the old concept of the state in this period, for the first time in the heavy aura of ambiguity, with the anxiety resulting from the crisis of being on the threshold of historical time and facing the new concept; The ambiguity that in practice sounded the bell for the beginning of the end of the fixed and frozen concept of the state that claimed eternity. From this point on, the context of the fierce challenge between the two understandings of the old and new concepts of State gradually genesised. For this purpose, we will try to explore the semantic layers of the concept of State and their linguisticexpressive emergence in the face of the emerging crisis of the state, the crisis of the IranRussia wars, in the works of the authors of the period.
