رویکرد فرونتیک به مثابه بنیادی برای علوم انسانی معطوف به توسعه

هر نظریه جامع توسعه، یک منظومه گفتاری (discursive) و شامل چند نوع گزارۀ مرتبط و منسجم است. این گزاره‌ها را می‌توان دلالت نامید، و هر نظریه توسعه را شامل چهار دلالت دانست. این دلالت‌ها عبارتند از دلالت بنیادین، دلالت وضعیتی، دلالت تبیینی، و دلالت هنجاری. دلالت بنیادین به این معناست که یک نظریه توسعه یک منظومۀ گفتاری‑عملی است با ابتناء به مبانی فکری معینی در باب انسان، جامعه، و تاریخ، چالش‌ها و بحرا‌‌ن‌های موجود را تشخیص داده و با تبیین ریشه‌ها و عوامل ایجاد وضعیت موجود، «معیار‌های توسعه یافتگی را صورتبندی و «سیاستگذاری راهبردی» را تمهید می‌کند. در این نوشتار با اجتناب از تفکر متافیزیکی – پوزیتیویستی، علم انسانی فرونتیک بعنوان دلالت بنیادین برای نظریه توسعه فراستمند مطرح می‌شود.

Phronetic Science: a Fundamental Implication for Development Theory

As a discursive framework, each development theory necessarily includes some interrelated characteristics whose implication would lead to a general theoretical system. The fundamental, the situational, the explanatory, and the normative are the four characteristics which together shape the implicational aspect of any development theory. Focusing on the fundamental implication, the present study attempts to show how a development theory might help in figuring out the developing criteria besides the strategic policymaking process via an intellectual understanding of the interrelation between the humankind, the society, and history. In such doing, as a discursiveactual system, development theory would identify the present challenges in the society, and explain the roots of such critical situation. Here, we attempt to explain that in the fundamental aspect, such theory should avoid the metaphysicalpositivistic approach, and apply a phronetic one in order to introduce a normative system of progress.
