خوانش تطبیقی بینانظریه ‏ای دو رمان «لطفاً درب را ببندید» و «شهر شیشه‏ ای»

در این پژوهش رمان‏ های پسامدرن «لطفاً درب را ببندید» از جواد مجابی، نویسنده و ادیب معاصر ایرانی که از ویژگی های پسامدرن در شرایطی غیر از «وضعیت» تحقق آن بهره گرفته است و «شهر شیشه‏ ای» از پل اُستر نویسنده و ادیب معاصر آمریکایی که در بستر فرهنگی و اجتماعی تحقق «وضعیت پست مدرن» قلم زده شده است به‏ صورت تطبیقی بررسی شده‎اند. ادبیات تطبیقی می ‏تواند بینانظریه ‏ای باشد؛ یعنی افزون بر نظریۀ مکتب‏ های ادبی از نظریه‏ های دیگر چون پسامدرنیستی بهره گیرد. هر دو نویسنده بیش از هر چیزی بر شرایط انسان با تمام ویژگی‏ ها و پیچیدگی-هایش تمرکز دارند و به هویت و به آنچه هویت را می‏سازد، می‏اندیشند. انتظار می‏رود به دلیل گسترده بودن موضوع پست‏ مدرن در غرب، ساختارشکنی‏ ها در آثار اُستر هوشمندانه ‏تر باشد و با وجود تعدد روایت‏ های نامنسجم در رمانش به خوبی مشخصه‏ های پست‏ مدرن را در آن جلوه‏ گر سازد؛ حال آنکه مجابی در تکاپوی نزدیک کردن رمان‏ های خود به مولفه‏ های پسامدرنیستی است و اگر هم کاستی ‏ای دیده می‏شود به دلیل تازه بودن آموخته‏ های بنیادی مسئلۀ پست‏ مدرن در ایران و عدم وجود آموزش ‏های آکادمیک در این زمینه باشد.

this research examines the postmodern novels please close the door by javad mojabi, a current iranian writer who incorporates postmodern elements in unconventional circumstances, and “city of glass by paul auster. the analysis of current american writers, who write within the cultural and social backdrop of the postmodern situation, has beenconducted in a comparative manner. given the extensive prevalence of the post-modern theme in the western world, it is anticipated that auster’sworks will exhibit more intellectual deconstructions. despite the presence ofnumerous incoherent narratives in his novel, he is expected to effectivelydemonstrate the post-modern qualities. nevertheless, mojabi is endeavoringto incorporate postmodernist elements into his works. any shortcomingsthat may arise are primarily due to the novelty of postmodern concepts iniran and the limited academic training available in this field.
