تبیین بنیان‌های آموزشی سنتی معماری در ایران بر پایه فتوت‌نامه‌ها با تاکید بر فتوت‌نامه بنایان

بن‌مایه هر معماری سنتی، بی‌تردید نشان از بنیان‌های آموزشی و تربیت معماران آن است؛ خصوصا معماری سنتی ایران در دوره اسلامی، گنجینه گران‌بهایی است که مبین وجود دانش غنی معماری در میان آنهاست. فتوت‌نامه (های) صنفی که در این نظام آموزشی تهیه شده‌اند، رساله یا کتابی بوده است که به‌منظور تربیت صنعتگران و هنرمندان در باب منش، عقاید، قوانین و آداب آن صنف و پیشه نوشته شده است و بی‌گمان (این فتوت‌نامه‌ها) بخش عظیمی از روش آموزش صناعات کاربردی در دوره اسلامی را نشان می‌دهد. هدف از این پژوهش، تبیین بنیان‌های آموزشی سنتی معماری ایران با تاکید بر فتوت‌نامه بنایان است که در حیطه سه بنیان آموزشی توانش، دانش و بینش انجام شده است؛ بنابراین این تحقیق در واکاوی متون تاریخی در جست‌وجوی پاسخ به این پرسش است که چگونه فتوت‌نامه‌ها با تاکید بر فتوت‌نامه بنایان بنیان‌های آموزش سنتی معماری در ایران را در سه حوزه توانش، دانش و بینش تبیین می‌سازند؟ این پژوهش از نظر هدف یک پژوهش بنیادی است و از لحاظ نوع، پژوهشی کیفی است که با رویکردی تفسیری-تاریخی بر پایه متون و اسناد تاریخی انجام شده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که در حوزه بنیان توانش (شاگرد)، ورود به صناعت معماری ضمن سلامت جسمی و عقلی مستلزم داشتن اهلیت و متخلق به صفات پسندیده است و در حوزه بنیان دانش (افزایی)، تعلیم و تعلم بر پایه رابطه استاد- شاگردی بوده و انتقال تمامی مهارت‌ها در محضر استاد بوده که متعلم، در همان حین تعلیم عملی، آموزش معماری می‌دیده است و مدارج حرفه‌ای را (در صورت احراز شرایط) نیز طی می‌کرد و همچنین در حوزه بنیان بینش (معرفت) بخشی، استاد معماری مجهز به حکمت و مهارت است که در خلال آموزش تکنیک و مهارت به شاگرد، با تاکید بر حضور قلب و تقدس عمل به تربیت نفس شاگرد نیز همت می‌گمارد.

explaining the foundation of traditional architecture education in iran based on fotovatnameh with emphasis on fotovatnameh-ye banayan

the foundation of any traditional architecture is undoubtedly the training of architects and its educational foundations. especially iranian architecture is a precious treasure that indicates the existence of rich architectural knowledge among them. guild fotovatnamehs written in this educational system are treatises that are a large part of the method for training craftsmen and artists about the character, ideas, rules, and customs of that guild and profession, and of course, these fotovatnamehs clarify the training of applied industries in the islamic period. therefore, this research seeks to answer the question: how do fotovatnames explain the foundation of traditional architecture education in iran in three areas of ability, knowledge, and insight? the purpose of this study is to describe the educational foundation of traditional iranian architecture with emphasis on the fotovatnameh of the masons (fotovatnameh-ye banayan), which has been done in three areas of ability, knowledge, and insight. in terms of purpose, this research is fundamental, and in terms of type, it is qualitative. it has been performed using interpretive-historical texts and documents. research findings show that ability and the creation of desirable traits are associated with physical and mental health. in the field of knowledge, teaching and learning are based on the teacher-student relationship, and the transfer of all skills is in the presence of a teacher who teaches architecture while practicing. he would professionally promote if he were worthy. in terms of insight, the master has wisdom and skill; during the teaching, emphasizing the presence of the heart and the sanctity of the practice, he also strives to train the student’s soul.
