گوناگونی ریختی و بیوشیمیایی جمعیت‎های papaver pseudo-orientale medw در شمال غرب ایران

گونه‎ی خشخاش papaver pseudo-orientale medw. گیاهی شش‌گان، دارای 42 کروموزوم و از تیره خشخاش است که در شمال‎غربی ایران و بخش شرقی ترکیه یافت می‌شود. در پژوهش حاضر، سه جمعیت از این گونه  از سه رویشگاه (سولیک، گلشیخان و قطور) در استان آذربایجان غربی جمع‎آوری شدند و ویژگی‎های ریختی، محتوای اسیدهای ‎آمینه، اسیدهای ‎چرب و تبائین آن‌ها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که در درون هر سه جمعیت، طول دمبرگ دارای بیشترین تنوع بود. همچنین، ویژگی‌های فاصله میان دو لوب برگ و طول دمبرگ دارای بیشترین ضریب گوناگونی میان جمعیت‎ها بودند. در هر سه جمعیت کپسول در مقایسه با سایر اندام‎های مورد مطالعه، بالاترین مقدار تبائین را به خود اختصاص داد و جمعیت گلشیخان بیشترین مقدار تبایین در کپسول را داشت. همچنین، جمعیت گلشیخان از لحاظ داشتن مقدار تبائین در ریشه خود نسبت به دو جمعیت دیگر برتری داشت. بیشترین مقدار کل اسید آمینه‎های اندازه‎گیری شده در ساقه و برگ به ترتیب در جمعیت گلشیخان و جمعیت سولیک مشاهده شد. نتایج این پژوهش می‎تواند برای برنامه‎های اصلاحی این گونه ارزشمند به کار برده شده و در راستای اهلی‌سازی این گیاه آلکالوئیددار مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

morphological and biochemical diversity among different populations of papaver pseudo-orientale medw. in the northwest of iran

papaver pseudo-orientale medw is a hexaploid plant with 42 chromosomesfound in the northwest of iran and throughout eastern turkey.  in this study, three populations of p. pseudo-orientale species were collected from three habitats (solik, golshikhan, and qotur) in west azerbaijan province, and their morphological characteristics as well as amino acids, fatty acids, and thebaine contents were measured.  the results showed that within all three populations, petiole length had the highest variability. the distance between two lobes of leaf and petiole length as two important features had the highest coefficient of variation among examined populations. in the studied populations, the highest amount of thebaine was found in the plant capsules. in this regard, golshikhan population showed the highest amount of thebaine concentration in capsule. also, this population was superior to other studied populations in term of thebaine amount in roots. the highest total amount of amino acids in stems  and leaves were observed in golshikhan and solik populations, respectively. the results of this study might be applied for breeding programs of this species and could be used for domestication of this valuable alkaloid containing plant.
