فرصت‌های بندر چابهار در راستای بهبود امنیت اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

بندر چابهار در استان سیستان و بلوچستان واقع در جنوب شرق کشور ایران به عنوان یک نقطه ارزشمند کلیدی در مسیرهای ترانزیتی منطقه‌ای، فرصتی ویژه برای جمهوری اسلامی ایران به منظور تقویت امنیت اقتصادی فراهم می‌آورد. این بندر به دلیل موقعیت جغرافیایی استراتژیک خود در کنار دریای عمان و سواحل مکران و نزدیکی به کریدورهای جهانی، امکان دسترسی به بازارهای جهانی و اتصال به کشورهای همسایه را فراهم می‌کند. هدف از این مقاله تدوین استراتژی های بهره گیری از فرصت‌های بندر چابهار در راستای بهبود امنیت اقتصادی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. در راستای دستیابی به این هدف از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی بهره گرفته شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان داد با توجه به شرایط کنونی و تحریم‌های بین‌المللی، بهره‌گیری بهینه از بندر چابهار می‌تواند به کاهش وابستگی‌های اقتصادی، تقویت روابط تجاری با کشورهای آسیای میانه، هند و سایر شرکای بین‌المللی و ارتقای امنیت اقتصادی داخلی جمهوری اسلامی ایران کمک کند. استراتژی‌های پیشنهادی برای استفاده از این فرصت‌ها شامل توسعه زیرساخت‌ها و افزایش ظرفیت‌های بندری، تسهیل تعاملات تجاری با کشورهای هدف، تقویت بخش حمل‌ونقل و ترانزیت، و همچنین توجه به ایجاد مناطق آزاد تجاری و صنعتی در اطراف بندر است. علاوه بر این، استفاده از سیاست‌های اقتصادی هماهنگ و دیپلماسی فعال برای جذب سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی و ارتقای روابط دوجانبه می‌تواند به بهبود موقعیت اقتصادی ایران در سطح منطقه‌ای و بین‌المللی کمک کند. با اجرای این استراتژی‌ها، ایران قادر خواهد بود تا با بهره‌گیری از پتانسیل‌های بندر چابهار، امنیت اقتصادی خود را در برابر تهدیدات خارجی تقویت کرده و نقش مهم‌تری در تجارت جهانی ایفا کند.

chabahar port in sistan and baluchestan province, located in thesoutheast of iran, as a key valuable point in regional transit routes,provides a special opportunity for the islamic republic of iran tostrengthen its economic security. due to its strategic geographicallocation along the sea of oman and the makran coast and itsproximity to global corridors, this port provides access to globalmarkets and connectivity to neighboring countries. the purpose of thisarticle is to develop strategies for utilizing the opportunities ofchabahar port in order to improve the economic security of the islamicrepublic of iran. a descriptive-analytical method was used to achievethis goal. the research findings showed that, given the currentconditions and international sanctions, optimal utilization of chabaharport can help reduce economic dependencies, strengthen traderelations with central asian countries, india, and other internationalpartners, and enhance the internal economic security of the islamicrepublic of iran. proposed strategies for exploiting these opportunitiesinclude developing infrastructure and increasing port capacities,facilitating trade interactions with target countries, strengthening thetransportation and transit sector, and considering the establishment offree trade and industrial zones around the port. in addition, the use ofcoordinated economic policies and active diplomacy to attract foreigninvestment and enhance bilateral relations can help improve iran’seconomic position at the regional and international levels
