واکاوی مسائل و مشکلات ساختار فضایی منطقه شهری تبریز

شهرها به عنوان فضایی مستقل از پیرامون خود محسوب نمی‌گردند و با توجه به تعاملات گسترده شهرها با مناطق پیرامونی و اثرگذاری این روند در ابعاد مختلف، بررسی ساختار فضایی منطقه شهری ضرورتی اجتناب‌ناپذیر می‌باشد. در این راستا، هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی مسائل و مشکلات منطقه شهری تبریز و ارائه راهکارهایی به منظور ارتقاء و توسعه محدوده مورد مطالعه می‌باشد. از این‌رو، روش تحقیق در مطالعه حاضر آمیخته (کمی-کیفی) با هدف کاربردی و ماهیت تحلیلی-اکتشافی می‌باشد که به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از مدل تحلیل عاملی در محیط نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را نیز مدیران و مسئولان شهری تشکیل داده‌اند که با توجه به مشخص نبودن حجم جامعه آماری، 100 نفر از طریق روش کوهن و نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند به عنوان حجم نمونه تعیین گردیده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مهمترین مسائل و مشکلات منطقه شهری تبریز در قالب 6 دسته اصلی قابل تقسیم‌بندی بوده که بر مبنای مدل تحلیل عاملی 81/45 درصد از مسائل و مشکلات منطقه شهری تبریز را دربر می‌گیرد. عامل‌ها و مسائل استخراج‌شده به ترتیب اهمیت شامل مسائل ساختار و سازمان فضایی، مسائل زیست‌محیطی، آسیب‌پذیری کالبدی، مسائل اقتصادی، شبکه ارتباطی، حمل‌ونقل و ترافیک و مسائل اجتماعی-فرهنگی بوده که ارزش ویژه آنها نیز به ترتیب6/915، 3/422، 2/711، 2/091، 1/822 و 1/327 می‌باشد. نتایج نیز نشان می‌دهد که ساختار یک‌طرفه و تک‌قطبی منطقه (مادرشهر تبریز) تاثیر بسزایی بر افزایش مسائل و مشکلات داشته است و نیاز است تا با تاکید بر توزیع فضایی متعادل عملکردها از فشار بیش از حد به شهر تبریز جلوگیری به عمل آید.

analyzing the issues and problems of the spatial structure of tabriz urban region

in today's era, cities are no longer considered as an independent space from their surroundings, and considering the extensive interactions ofcities with surrounding areas and the effect of this process in different dimensions, examining the spatial structure of the urban region is aninevitable necessity. in this regard, the aim of the current research is toexamine the issues and problems of tabriz urban region and to providesolutions for the promotion and development of the studied area.therefore, the research method in the present study is mixed(quantitative-qualitative) with practical purpose and analyticalexploratorynature, in order to analyze the data, the factor analysismodel was used in the spss software environment. the statisticalpopulation of the research was also formed by managers and cityofficials, and due to the unknown size of the statistical population, 100people were determined as the sample size through cohen's methodand non-random sampling. the findings of the research show that themost important issues and problems of tabriz urban region can bedivided into 6 main categories, which include 81.452% of the issuesand problems of tabriz urban region based on the factor analysismodel. the factors and issues extracted in order of importance includeissues of spatial structure and organization, environmental issues,physical vulnerability, economic issues, communication network,transportation and traffic, and socio-cultural issues, whose specialvalue is 6.915, 3.422, 2/711, 2/091, 1/822 and 1/327 respectively. theresults also show that the one-sided and unipolar structure of theregion (tabriz metropolis) has had a significant effect on increasingissues and problems and there is a need to avoid excessive pressure ontabriz metropolis by emphasizing the balanced spatial distribution offunctions.
