مکان‌یابی برای احداث بندرخشک جهت پشتیبانی از بنادر استان ‌گیلان

بندر خشک نوعی از بندر است که با فاصله از بندر دریائی برای تسهیل امور حمل و نقل ایجاد می شود و هدف این پژوهش پیشنهاد مکان مناسب آن برای پشتیبانی لجستیک از بنادر استان گیلان بعنوان مسئله تحقیق است. روش کار به اینصورت است که ابتدا شاخصهای الزامی ایجاد بندر خشک مورد مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی مقاله‌های معتبر روز دنیا قرار گرفت. با نظرخواهی خبرگان دانشگاهی و اجرائی سازمانهای ذیربط، شاخص های مربوطه مورد تصدیق و صحه‌گذاری قرار گرفت. پس از بررسی آماری حجم بار بنادر استان گیلان و دو استان مازندران و گلستان و در کل 8 استان بیشتر مرتبط با این حوزه و با بررسی نقشه‌های dem,shape file و نیز مسیر ریلی راه آهن استان گیلان و استانهای مجاور و نظر خبرگان و انطباق علمی مشخص شد که برای بهره‌گیری بیشتر از سرمایه‌گذاری می‌بایست تاسیس بندر خشک با فاصله دور از ساحل در استان قزوین انجام شود. لذا شناسائی پارامترهای مهم در مکان‌یابی مناطق مستعد احداث بندر خشک در استان قزوین با نظرخواهی مجدد از خبرگان انجام و تعداد 20 عامل مهم مشخص شد.سپس تعداد 10 عامل مهمتر که نقشه لایه‌های اطلاعاتی آن موجود بود بررسی شد و طراحی پرسش نامه مقایسات زوجی برای وزن دهی پارامترهای مورد نظر انجام گردید. با توجه به متغیرها و ضرایب وزنی نسبی شاخص‌های ارائه شده توسط خبرگان با استفاده از روشahp، وزن‌بندی نهائی هر معیار و اولویت‌بندی معیارها در نرم افزارexpert choice محاسبه شد. نزدیکی به خطوط حمل و نقل ریلی بعنوان مهمترین فاکتور شناسائی شد. در نهایت با تولید و تحلیل نقشه همپوشانی وزن‌دار لایه‌های اطلاعات مکانی از طریق نرم‌افزار arcgis، نقشه 5 اولویت مکانی جایگاه‌های مستعد جهت احداث بندر خشک تهیه، مشخص و پیشنهاد شدند.

locating for the construction of a dry port for support the ports of gilan province

the purpose of this project is to propose suitable places for the construction of a dry port to support the ports of gilan province. first, the mandatory indicators for the establishment of a dry port werestudied in the library and reviewed the world's most authoritative articles. with the opinion of academic and executive experts of the relevant organizations, the indicators related to the confirmation andvalidation of placement. after the statistical analysis of the cargo volume of the ports of gilan province and the two provinces of mazandaran and golestan and in total 8 more provinces related to this area and by examining the dem maps, shape file as well as therailway track of gilan province and neighboring provinces and theopinion of experts and scientific adaptation. it was found that in orderto make the most of the investment, a dry port should be establishedfar from the coast in qazvin province. important factors in the locationof areas prone to dry port construction in qazvin province are done byasking experts again and the number of 20 important factors isdetermined. determining the desired concepts was done. according tothe indicators and weighted indicators of the relative coefficientsprovided by the experts using the ahp method, the final weighting ofeach indicator and determining the criteria was calculated in the expertchoice software. proximity to rail transportation lines became one ofthe most important identification factors. finally, by producing anddownloading a weighted coverage map of spatial information layersthrough arcgis software, a map of 5 locations of places prone to theconstruction of a dry port was prepared, specified and suggested.
