امکان سنجی برنامه ریزی شهر سالم با رویکرد توسعه پایدار (مناطق چهارگانه شهر کرمان)

وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻂﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮی در ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺳﺎﮐﻨﺎن دارای ﻧﻘﺸﯽ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه اﺳﺖ. در ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺷﺮاﯾﻄﯽ اﺗﺨﺎذ روﯾﮑﺮدﻫﺎی ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰی و ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﺑﺮای ارﺗﻘﺎ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﺿﺮوری اﺳﺖ. ﺑﮑﺎرﮔﯿﺮی ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ و ارﺗﻘﺎ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎی ﺷﻬﺮی و ﻧﻮاﺣﯽ ﻣﺴﮑﻮﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ارﺗﻘﺎی ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺷﻮد. ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎی ﻣﺘﻌﺪد اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی و زﯾﺴﺖﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﻫﻤﭽﻮن اﺣﺴﺎس اﯾﻤﻨﯽ و اﻣﻨﯿﺖ، ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺖ و دﺳﺘﺮﺳﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت و ﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﻨﺪ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺮ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ و ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ اﻓﺮاد ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدی ﺑﻮده و روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ اﺳﺖ و در ﺟﻤﻊ آوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از روﺷﻬﺎی ﮐﺘﺎﺑﺨﺎﻧﻪ ای، اﺳﻨﺎدی و ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ و ﺑﺮای ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از ﻣﺪل waspas اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎری ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ، ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺳﺎﮐﻨﺎن ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن، ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 384 ﻧﻔﺮ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد ﺳﻪ ﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار و ﺷﻬﺮ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ، ﮐﺮﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪاردﻫﺎ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ دارد وﻟﯽ از ﻟﺤﺎظ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻓﻌﻠﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ در ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﭼﻬﺎرﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﺷﻬﺮ ﮐﺮﻣﺎن، ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ 2، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺑﻬﺘﺮی ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ دارد، ﮔﺮﭼﻪ در ﺷﺮاﺳﻂ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و اﯾﺪه آل ﻧﯿﺴﺖ وﻟﯽ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻘﯿﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ در ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﺑﻬﺘﺮی ﻗﺮار دارد و ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ3 ،1 و 4 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ در ﻣﮑﺎن ﻫﺎی ﺑﻌﺪی ﻗﺮار دارﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ اﻟﺒﺘﻪ در ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎ، ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ 1و 3 آﻣﺎر ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻧﺰدﯾﮑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮑﺪﯾﮕﺮ داﺷﺘﻨﺪ وﻟﯽ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ 4 در ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﺑﻌﺎد در ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻗﺮار دارد.

Healthy city planning with sustainable development approach (four regions of Kerman)

The status of urban areas has a decisive role in the health of residents. In such circumstances, the adoption of environmental planning and design approaches is essential for promoting the health of citizens. The application of healthy city criteria with regard to sustainable development through designing and upgrading the quality of urban spaces and residential areas can lead to the general health of citizens. Many social, economic and environmental indicators such as safety and security, social participation, environmental quality and access to facilities and services can be factors that affect the health and quality of life of individuals. This is an applied research and the research method is descriptiveanalytical and the library and field method is used for data collection and WASPAS model is used for data analysis. The statistical population of the study is all residents of Kerman. The sample size is 384 people by Morgan table. The results show that in all three dimensions of sustainable development and healthy city, Kerman is far from standards However, in terms of the current status of the indicators in the four regions of Kerman, Zone 2, there is a better situation than other regions. Although it is not in ideal conditions, it is in better condition than other areas and after that, the first, third and fourth regions were located in the next places. Of course, in most of the indicators, the first and third regions were very close to each other, but the fourth area is in the lowest level in all dimensions.
