رابطۀ جرم و جغرافیا

امروزه یکی از رشته های علمی کاربردی در علوم انتظامی و جرم شناسی«جغرافیا» است. از جغرافیا؛ بعنوان یک رشتۀ علمی بنیادی یاد می شود ؛ چراکه به سراغ هر پدیده و فرایندی که می رویم ناچاریم از مکانی که در آن ایجاد شده و گسترش پیدا کرده و در نهایت باقی مانده یا از بین رفته صحبت کنیم و شرایط مکانی آن را شناسایی کنیم. یکی از این پدیده ها «جرم یا بزه» است. وجود و شیوۀ ایجاد جرم در مکان های مختلف، متفاوت است. بگونه ای که «شرایط مکان» در وجود و عدم وجود، گسترش یا عدم گسترش جرم حائز اهمیت زیادی است. البته باید در نظر داشته باشیم که هرمکانی در ابعاد مختلف اقتصادی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و زیست محیطی دارای مولفه های و متغیرهای گوناگونی است که در مقدار وزن مکانی یا همان قدرت مکان دخالت مستقیم و غیر مستقیم دارد. لذا، هرچه قدرت مکان بیشتر شود شرایط برای ارتکاب جرم کمتر خواهد شد. این مقاله بنیادی، با روش توصیفیتحلیلی در صدد بیان رابطۀ جرم و جغرافیا بویژه در شهرهای بزرگ عصر حاضر است. اهمیت تحقیق از اینروست که با تشریح نظریات و دیدگاههای مربوطه در صدد پاسخ به این سوال است که چرا در برخی مکان ها جرم و جنایت افزایش یافته و در برخی دیگر شاهد کاهش جرم هستیم؟ در واقع، به دنبال اثبات این فرضیه هستیم که رابطه ای مستحکم بین فضای جغرافیایی و جرم وجود دارد که مجرمان قبل از ارتکاب به جرم نخستین افکار خود را در چارچوب سوژه مورد نظر با در نظر گرفتن شرایط مکانی غربالگری می کنند.

The importance of the research is that by explaining the relevant theories and perspectives it seeks to answer the question why crime is increasing in some places and in others it is decreasing. In fact, we seek to prove the hypothesis that there is a strong relationship between geographic space and crime that criminals screen their first thoughts in the context of the subject before considering committing the crime, taking into account the location conditions.
