ارتقای اصول مرتبط با نظام کنترل ساخت‌وساز بر مبنای رویکرد پایداری و حقوق شهروندی

سرعت رو به تزاید ساخت و ساز در دنیای مدرن و شتاب زدگی در دستیابی به محصول نهایی، فرصت تفکر و تامل در لایه های این صنعت را از بین برده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی و ارزیابی اصول و دستورالعمل هایی ساخت‌وساز در ایران در ارتباط با سامانه های ساخت‌وساز پایدار بین المللی موفق از جمله لیید و برییم و نیز تاکید بر حقوق شهروندی در قالب حقوق مجاورت و همسایگی می باشد. به منظور دستیابی به این هدف، روش به کار گرفته شده در پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی و انطباقی با رویکرد انتقادی بوده و از نظر نوع، جزء تحقیقات کاربردی می‌باشد. نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر نشان دهنده این موضوع است که اصول ساخت‌وساز موجود در ایران (فنی، بهداشتی، شهرسازی و ...) دارای نکات اساسی و پایه ای مناسبی می باشند اما این اصول نیازمند بازنگری جدی با توجه به تغییرات به وجود آمده در شرایط محیطی و شهری در ایران و نیز با توجه به پیشرفت های جدید علمی و اهمیت روزافزون مسائل مربوط به توسعه پایدار در سراسر جهان می باشند.

promotion of principles related to construction control system based on sustainability approach and citizenship rights

the rapid growth of construction in the modern world and the acceleration of the achievement of the final product have eliminated the opportunity of thinking and reflection in the layers of this industry. the purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the principles and guidelines of construction in iran in relation to successful international sustainable construction systems such as leyed and bryme, as well as the emphasis on citizenship rights in the context of neighborhood and neighborhood rights. in order to achieve this goal, the method used in this study is of a descriptiveanalytical and adaptive type with a critical approach and, in terms of its kind, is a part of applied research. the results of this study indicate that the basic principles of construction in iran (technical, sanitary, urban, etc.) have proper basic principles, but these principles require a serious overhaul regarding the changes to it has emerged in terms of environmental and urban conditions in iran and also due to new scientific advances and the growing importance of sustainable development issues around the world.
