چکیده
|
در این مقاله روشی جهت گزین برای سنتز مشتق های نوین پیریدو[b-4 و3] پیرازین ها با بازده درخشان و زمان کوتاه گزارش شده است. طی واکنش تراکمی بین 4و3-دی آمینوپیریدین و آریل گلی اکسال ها ی گوناگون در حلال اتانول و دی متیل فرم آمید در دمای 55 درجه سلسیوس به دست آمد.

Abstract
|
A regioselective method for synthesis of pyrido[3,4b]pyrazine derivatives were reported in high yield and short reaction times through condensation reaction between 3,4diaminopyridine and arylglyoxals derivatives in DMF/EtOH at 55 oC.
