نگاهی به موسسات زیست فناوری کشور (موسسه رازی)

این گزارش به درخواست سردبیر توسط استاد پُرسابقۀ قلمرو ویروس شناسی در موسسه رازی، جناب آقای دکتر شفیعی، تهیه شده است. استاد شفیعی با منش فروتنانه ای که دارند با درخواست مصرانه سردبیر، گزارش مفصلی از فعالیت های خود و همکارانشان را در طول چند دهۀ گذشته به رشته تحریر درآوردند. هدف از ارائه چنین گزارشهائی در مجله ترویجی زیست شناسی ایران نشان دادن مسیر سخت و پرتلاش پژوهش و راه اندازی پژوهشگاه های واقعاً موثر در گذشته و حال کشور است. از گزارش پیداست که استاد شفیعی و همکارانشان با چه همت والا و درخور ستایش در مبارزه با بیماریهای واگیر فعالیت کرده اند. نتیجۀ کار آنها استمرار بقا و تداوم کارهای باارزش در موسسه تحقیقات رازی است. در خلاصه کردن و ویرایش سبک نگارندگان حفظ شده است؛ همینطور نام ها و اسامی سازمان ها و نهادها به همان شکل اصلی آنها آمده است.

a look at the country’s biotechnology institutes (razi institute)

although japan is located on the continent of asia, but is comparable to many european and north american countries in the field of science and technology. the roots of this advancement  lies in the education of this country. in japan, the guidance from the kindergarten to the last stage of higher education is in one unique ministry and therefore there is no separation between macro and micro policy in secondary education and higher education. japan has chosen six three three years system primary and secondary  education. in this paper, the primary education, secondary education and also junior colleges, colleges of technology, specialized training colleges, and  teacher training, have been studied. in addition curriculums of the primary and secondary education have been studied in details. curriculums comparison between japan and ir iran indicate a huge difference in education.  one of these is biology education. due to the large volume of content and the need for full introduction of education in pre university courses in japan, it was decided to publish the general education section in japan in this article and the section devoted to biology education will be appear in the next issue. this article contains lessons learned from education in a country that emphasizes national identity and has thus been able to introduce more than 14 nobel laureates since 2000 to the world,  in addition to progress in technology, industry, and economics.
