   Can probiotics be used to treat allergic diseases?

Abstract    Recently, a hypothesis opined that some species of Archaea could cause disease in human being. These microorganisms live in extreme environments and therefore, evaluation of their metabolic demands is too difficult.  Some species of these microorganisms are nonculturable. So, there is no enough information on their symbiosis with other microorganisms. Molecular and ecological data confirmed that some archaea associated with infectious diseases.  It is because some archaea are human microbiome and they live in human gut, vagina, mouth cavity and skin. However, they could have positive effects on treatment and deterioration of waste materials in human body. But some archaea associated with various infections in the patients with systemic and autoimmunity diseases. Hence based on foregoing evidence, the purpose of this study was investigation on human-archaea interactions to obtained more information on control and treatment of human diseases.
