بررسی عوامل اقتصادی تاثیر‌گذار بر حقوق مالکیت فکری: مقایسه کشورهای منتخب در حال توسعه و توسعه یافته

نقش و اهمیت مفاهیمی چون نوآوری وخلاقیت در شکل‌گیری اقتصادهای دانش‌بنیان بر کسی پوشیده نیست. تحولات اخیر در دنیای اقتصاد نشان می‌دهد که در صورت عدم توجه به رشد نوآوری و خلاقیت، فاصله کشورهای پیشرفته و در حال توسعه افزایش یافته و در صورت همراه شدن با تحولات علمی موفقیت توسعه پایدار تسریع می‌شود. از آنجایی که یکی از ابزارهای زمینه ساز رشد خلاقیت و نوآوری در یک کشور حمایت از حقوق مالکیت فکری است، شناخت عوامل اقتصادی تاثیرگذار بر حقوق مالکیت فکری، به عنوان یکی از عوامل موثر بر حقوق مالکیت فکری، می تواند به سیاست گذاران این حوزه در راستای انتخاب سیاست های مناسب کمک کند، بدین سبب این مقاله به دنبال بررسی و شناخت عوامل اقتصادی موثر بر حفاظت از حقوق مالکیت فکری است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که تولید ناخالص داخلی سرانه و عضویت در سازمان جهانی تجارت اثر مستقیم بر حقوق مالکیت فکری در هر دو نمونه کشورهای توسعه یافته و در حال توسعه دارد. متغیر آموزش درکشورهای توسعه یافته و متغیر درجه بازبودن تجاری در کشورهای در حال توسعه از جمله عوامل اثر گذار بر حقوق مالکیت فکری به شمار می رود.

Economic factors affect on Intellectual Property Rights: Comparison of selected developing and developed countries

Importance of concepts like innovation and creativity in the formation of knowledge based economies is abvious. Recent developments in the world economy shows that in the absence of innovation and creativity growth, the gap between developed and developing countries enhanced but scientific developments accelerete the success of sustainable development. Since one of the tools of creativity and innovation growth in a country is intellectual property rights protection, Identification of economic factors impacting on intellectual property rights, as one of the factors that affect intellectual property rights, can help policy makers to select the appropriate policy in this area. Thus, this paper seeks to identify economic factors affecting the protection of intellectual property rights. The results suggest GDP per capita and membership in the WTO have direct impact on intellectual property rights, in both developed and developing countries . Education in developed and trade openness in developing countries, has direct impact on the intellectual property rights.
