بررسی مجله‌های هسته در تولیدهای علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی و بررسی وضعیت دسترسی و کیفیت آن‌ها

سابقه و هدف: شناسایی مجلات هسته می تواند کتابخانه ها را در تعیین نیاز واقعی مراجعان، بهبود روند تامین منابع موردنیاز، حذف موارد غیرضروری و بهینه سازی تخصیص بودجه یاری نماید. لذا هدف این مطالعه این است که با بررسی استنادات تولیدات علمی دانشگاه پزشکی شهید بهشتی در پایگاه های وب آو ساینس و اسکاپوس(2017 میلادی)، مجلات هسته را شناسایی کرده و وضعیت دسترسی و کیفیت آن ها را مورد بررسی قرار دهد.مواد و روش ها: پژوهش به روش تحلیل استنادی و برای تعیین مجلات هسته از قانون پراکندگی برادفورد استفاده شد. جامعه مطالعه استنادات موجود در 3961 مقاله نمایه شده دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی در پایگاه های استنادی وب آو ساینس و اسکاپوس است. وضعیت دسترسی مجلات هسته شناسایی شده با استفاده از سایت منبع یاب وزارت بهداشت درمان و آموزش پزشکی تعیین شد و جهت تعیین کیفیت مجلات از شاخص q گزارش استنادی مجلات پایگاه isi استفاده شد.یافته ها: از مجموع 10155 مجله استناد شده در تولیدات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی، 104 عنوان مجله به عنوان مجلات هسته شناسایی شد. بررسی وضعیت دسترسی و کیفیت مجلات هسته نشان داد که 69.2% مجلات از طریق منابع مشترک شده توسط کنسرسیوم منابع علمی وزارت بهداشت قابل دسترسی هستند و 93.3% مجلات هسته در پایگاه isi نمایه می شوند.نتیجه گیری: با توجه به تامین دوسوم مجلات هسته شناسایی شده از طریق کنسرسیوم منابع علمی، به نظر می رسد مسئولان امر انتخاب و تهیه مجلات در وزارت بهداشت، عملکرد مناسبی داشته اند. همچنین قرار گرفتن 93.3% مجلات هسته در فهرست گزارش استنادی مجلات حاکی از این است که پژوهشگران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی از مجلات معتبری در تالیفات خود استفاده می کنند.

Determining Core Journals in the Scientific Productions of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, and Their Access and Quality Status

Background:Identifying The core journals can help libraries to identify the actual needs of users, improve the process of providing needed resources, eliminate unnecessary issues, and optimize allocation of funds. So, the purpose of this study is to identify core journals by examining the references of the scientific productions of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Web of Science and Scopus (2017), and examine the status of their access and quality.Methods: The research was citation analysis and The Bradford law of scattering was used to determine the core journals. The population of the study is citations in 3961 indexed articles of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in Web of Science and Scopus. The status of access to the core journals was determined using the website provided by the Ministry of Health for this purpose and to determine the quality of journals, Q index was used using Journal Citation Reports (JCR)Results: Out of 10155 Cited Journals in the scientific productions of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, 104 titles were identified as core journals. Checking the status of access and quality of core journals showed that 69.2% of the journals are accessible through the Journals Subscribed by the academic consortium of the Ministry of Health and 93.3% of core journals are indexed in ISI.Conclusion: Considering the provision of twothirds of the core journals through the Scientific Resource Consortium, It seems that the practitioners of the selection and provision of journals in the Ministry of Health have been doing well.Also, 93.3% of the core journals are listed in Journal Citation Reports (JCR) and this shows that researchers at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences use Credible journals in their compilations.
