سازه‌های موثر بر مشارکت بهره‌برداران در توسعه‌ی شبکه‌های فرعی آبیاری و زهکشی: کاربرد تحلیل‌ مسیر

در راستای توسعه‌ی منابع آب، اقدامات زیادی برای کنترل و انتقال آب انجام گرفته است؛ در حالی که این اقدامات برای توزیع بهتر آب در مزرعه به دلایلی نظیر عدم اجرای کامل شبکه‌های توزیع آب کافی نبوده است. به همین دلیل، تحقیق حاضر به بررسی سازه‌های موثر بر مشارکت بهره‌برداران در توسعه‌ی شبکه‌های فرعی آبیاری در حوزه‌ی رودخانه‌ی بوژان شهرستان نیشابور پرداخته است. در اجرای این پژوهش از تکنیک پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی صوری پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات متخصصان و جهت تعیین پایایی، یک مطالعه راهنما انجام گرفت که ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیر‌های مختلف تحقیق بین 0/70 تا 0/92 بدست آمد. جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه 744 بهره‌بردار مشارکت کننده در حوزه‌ی رودخانه‌ی بوژان در شهرستان نیشابور بودند. به منظور انتخاب نمونه‌ها، از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی متناسب استفاده گردید و حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 254 بهره‌بردار تعیین گردید. نتایج حاصل از واکاوی علّی متغیرها نشان داد که متغیرهای بازدید از مزارع نمایشی و ملاقات با مروجان و کارشناسان، بالاترین تاثیر مستقیم را بر مشارکت بهره‌برداران در توسعه‌ی شبکه‌های فرعی آبیاری داشتند. همچنین متغیرهای مراجعه‌ی دیگران به بهره‌بردار و درآمد، بالاترین تاثیر غیرمستقیم را بر مشارکت بهره‌برداران در توسعه‌ی شبکه‌های فرعی آبیاری داشتند.

Factors Influencing on Beneficiaries' Participation towards Ancillary Irrigation and Drainage Networks Development: Application of Path Analysis

In order to develop water resource, noticeable actions have been taken toward controlling and transferring fresh water. But, less actions have implemented toward water distribution in farms, because of lacking appropriate development of irrigation and drainage networks. Implementing ancillary irrigation networks is one of the main ways for enhancing water use efficiency. Therefore, this research was executed to investigate factors affecting beneficiaries' participation towards ancillary irrigation and drainage networks in Bozhan river zone, Neyshabour County. Research method was descriptive by using survey technique. The research instrument included a questionnaire. Its validity was approved by a specialists panel and a pilot study was conducted to examine its reliability. Cronbach's alpha coefficients were from 0.70 to 0.90. All the network participants (744 beneficiaries) were the research statistical population. Proportional random sampling method was used to collect data from 254 beneficiaries. Findings of path analysis revealed that variables including visiting demonstration farms and amount of contact with extension agents had the most direct effect on beneficiaries' participation in developing ancillary irrigation and drainage networks. Also, the variables of the amount of referral of others to beneficiary (water user) and income had the most indirect effect on beneficiaries' participation in developing ancillary irrigation and drainage networks. At the end, based on the findings of the research, some executive recommendations have been presented to promote beneficiaries' participation toward development of ancillary irrigation and drainage networks.
