بررسی توانمندی های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان دوره‌های علمی - کاربردی کشاورزی «مورد مطالعه: مرکز آموزش عالی امام خمینی(ره)»

برای حفظ کارآمدی نظام آموزش عالی علمی کاربردی کشاورزی، ارزیابی و توسعه مستمر قابلیت‌های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان ضروری است. مسئله تحقیق، عدم شناخت سطح توانمندی‌های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان مراکز آموزش عالی علمی کاربردی کشاورزی کشور بود. بر این اساس، هدف اصلی تحقیق، ارزیابی این توانمندی‌ها در مرکز آموزش عالی امام خمینی(ره) تعیین شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش دانشجویان کشاورزی در حال تحصیل در سال تحصیلی 92-1391 (1595=n) بود. حجم نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعیین شد (195=n). پس از تایید روایی و پایایی ابزار سنجش، تحقیق به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که میانگین توانمندی‌ها در حد متوسط بوده است (3/31 از 5). از طرفی، متغیرهای رشته و مقطع تحصیلی، جنس، وضعیت تاهل، محل تولد، وضعیت شغلی، سابقه کار کشاورزی، گذراندن درس کارآفرینی، سال شروع تحصیل و معدل، اختلاف معنی‌داری در میزان توانمندی‌های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان ایجاد نکرده است. در عین حال محل سکونت (شهری و روستایی بودن)، سابقه کارآفرینی، شرکت در دوره‌های کارآفرینی و سابقه کارآفرینی والدین، اختلاف معنی‌داری در میزان این توانمندی‌ها ایجاد کرده ا ند. در پایان پیشنهاد شده است که در فرایتد بازنگری محتوای درس کارآفرینی بر مباحث مربوط به مولفه‌های ارتباطی و پایه کسب و کار تاکید بیشتری شود. همچنین، توسعه کمی و کیفی دوره‌های آموزشی فوق برنامه کارآفرینی و افزایش بازدید دانشجویان از واحدهای کسب و کار کارآفرینان مورد توجه جدی برنامه‌ریزان آموزش عالی علمی کاربردی کشاورزی قرار گیرد.

Study of the Student's Entrepreneurial Competencies at Agricultural AppliedScience Courses "A Case Study of the Imam Khomeini Higher Education Center ”IHEC”"

Continuous assessment and development of student’s entrepreneurial capabilities and planning is essential for maintaining the effectiveness of Imam Khomeini Higher Education Center (IHEC). Lack of recognition the student’s entrepreneurial abilities was the main issue in the country’s agricultural scientificapplied higher education centers. On the basis, the main objective of this research was determined the capabilities evaluation in the IHEC. The statistical population were students of IHEC that attending in 20122013 academic year (N=1595). The sample size was determined by Cochran's formula (n=195). Validity and reliability of the research instrument were carried out. The research method was survey. The results showed that the average of student's entrepreneurial competence was moderate (3.31 from 5). On the other hand, variables of field of study, level of education, gender, marital status, place of birth, employment status, agricultural experiences, passing entrepreneurial lesson, time of starting study, and average of lessons passed, have not created significant differences on entrepreneurial competence of students. However, place of resident (urban or rural), entrepreneurial experience, attendance at entrepreneurial courses, and entrepreneurial experience of parents have made a significant difference in entrepreneurial competence of students. At the end, it should be recommended that more emphasis should be placed on topics concerning "communication" and "business base" components in reviewing the content of entrepreneurship course. Also, agricultural scientificapplied higher education' planners should pay attentions on both qualitative and quantitative in extra curricular courses of educations such as business and increasing the students' visits of entrepreneurs business units seriously.
