بررسی توانمندی های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان مراکز آموزش علمی ـ کاربردی کشاورزی و عوامل موثر بر آن (مورد مطالعه، استان فارس)

کارآفرینی، می تواند به عنوان یک استراتژی برای ایجاد فرصت های شغلی دانش آموختگان کشاورزی در نظر گرفته شود. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی توانمندی کارآفرینانه دانشجویان مراکز علمی ـ کاربردی کشاورزی استان فارس و عوامل موثر بر آن طراحی گردیده است. از این رو،مطالعه حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از لحاظ کنترل متغیرها از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی بوده، که به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه در بردارنده 1018 نفر از دانشجویان مراکز علمی ـ کاربردی کشاورزی استان فارس (شیراز، جهرم، علی­ آباد کمین و مرودشت) در سال تحصیلی 90-1388بودند که بر اساس فرمول کوکران، تعداد 178 نفر از طریق روش نمونه گیری طبقه بندی شده تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی جمع آوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه بود. روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط تعدادی از اساتید ترویج و آموزش کشاورزی تایید گردید و برای تعیین میزان پایایی بخش های مختلف از ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که مقدار آن بالاتر از 0.71 برآورد گردید. برای تحلیل داده­ ها از نرم افزار spss17 بهره برده شد. نتایج حاصل از همبستگی بین متغیر­ها، ارتباط مثبت و معنی داری را بین توانمند های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان با متغیرهای عوامل آموزشی، سازمانی و روحیه کارآفرینی نشان داد. نتایج حاصل از رگرسیون چند متغیره نشان داد که متغیر های عوامل آموزشی، سازمانی و روحیه کارآفرینی به ترتیب به عنوان مهم ترین عوامل تاثیرگذار، در مجموع 35.7 درصد از تغییرات متغیر توانمند های کارآفرینانه دانشجویان در مراکز علمی کاربردی کشاورزی را تبیین کرده اند. در انتهای مقاله نیز به منظور افزایش توانمندی کارآفرینانه دانشجویان مراکز علمی ـ کاربردی کشاورزی در استان فارس، پیشنهاداتی ارائه گردیده است.

Entrepreneurial Capabilities of the Students at the Agriculture and Applied Educational Centers and Factor Affecting It (Case of Fars Province)

Entrepreneurship courses had a tremendous potential to help in the employment status of graduates in agriculture and applied educational centers. This research aimed at investigating factor affecting entrepreneurial capabilities of the students at the agriculture and applied educational centers in Fars Province. The research was applied, and it was descriptive correlation, in terms of controlling the variables, in which used a survey method. The population of the study consisted of all 1018 graduate students in four agricultural applied educational centers in Fars Province (Shiraz, Jahrom, Aliabad Kamin Marvdasht) in 201011 academic year. Based on Cochran’s formula, 178 cases were selected through stratified random sampling. Questionnaire was the main tool to collect data. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of agricultural extension and education experts. The reliability of the scale used in the study was assessed by calculating Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The results indicated that Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was above 0.71 for all scales. SPSS17 software was used to analyze data. The results indicated that there was a significant positive between educational and management factor and entrepreneurial mentality for students entrepreneurship capabilities. The results of stepwise multivariate regression analysis indicated that educational and management factors, and entrepreneurial mentality could be explained as 35.7 percent of the variability of the entrepreneurship capabilities. Finally, some recommendations have been made to improve current situation toward increasing entrepreneurship capabilities of the students in the agriculture and applied educational centers in Fars province.
