نگرش زیتون‌ کاران فارس پیرامون اثرات اجرای طرح توسعه کشت زیتون

طرح توسعه کشت زیتون از مهم ترین برنامه های وزارت جهاد کشاورزی بوده که در این راستا مبالغ قابل توجهی از بودجه کشور صرف اجرای این طرح شده است. با توجه به اجرای گسترده طرح در سطح استان فارس، ارزیابی اثرات طرح به منظور مدیریت آن، حداکثر سازی منافع و حداقل سازی اثرات منفی ضرورت دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نگرش زیتون‌کاران پیرامون اثرات زیست محیطی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی طرح با استفاده از فن پیمایش و ابزار پرسشنامه انجام گرفته است. سطح زیر کشت زیتون در منطقه مورد مطالعه در حدود 8370 هکتار با حدود 300 بهره بردار می‌باشد که بر اساس جدول نمونه گیری تاکمن تعداد 170 نفر از زیتون کاران به عنوان آزمودنی‌های این تحقیق، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه بندی شده تصادفی از بین جامعه آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. تایید روایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصان و جهت تایید پایایی نیز یک مطالعه راهنما انجام شد. ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای تحقیق در محدوده 0.8 تا 0.91 بود. نتایج بیانگر آن است که میزان رضایت زیتون کاران از فعالیت‌های خود خیلی کم بوده و اثرات زیست محیطی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی طرح را نیز ضعیف تا متوسط ارزیابی نموده‌‌اند. بر مبنای یافته ها، متغیرهای مستقل میزان رضایت از باغداری زیتون، میزان بهره مندی از خدمات ترویجی و عضویت در تعاونی ها و تشکل های کشاورزی به طور کلی توانسته اند 55 درصد از تغییرات را در متغیر وابسته میزان ارزیابی اثرات کلی طرح، پیش‌بینی کنند. در پایان بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، توصیه‌های عملی ارائه شده است.

Fars Olive Growers’ Attitude towards Impacts of Olive Orchards Development

Olive orchards development project has been considered as one of the cores in national agricultural sector improvement. Therefore, a large amount of public fund has been allocated to that project. But, the project has had different impacts on its beneficiaries. Regarding to widespread development of olive cultivation in Fars Province, assessing the project impacts is necessary in order to maximize its benefits and minimize its negative effects. Therefore, this study was conducted to investigate the environmental, social and economic impacts assessment of olive orchards development in Fars province from the olive growers’ perspective by using survey technique. Olive orchard area in Fars province is about 8370 hectares consisting about 300 olive growers. Based on Tockman sample size table, 170 olive growers were selected as sample group. Questionnaire was the instrument for data gathering. Stratified random sampling was used to collect data among 170 olive growers as the sampling method. The questionnaire validity and reliability was examined by using face validity and Cronbach’s Alpha test (its coefficients were from 0.80 to 0.91). Findings revealed olive growers’ satisfaction towards the project regarding their assessment toward its environmental, social and economic impacts was in very low level. According to multiple regression analysis, the below factors can explain about 55 percent of overall impact assessment variations of the project: olive growers’ satisfaction toward the project; benefiting of extension services; and membership in cooperatives. Some applicable recommendations have presented at the end.
