ویژگی‌های روانشناختی موثر بر کارآفرینی دانشجویان دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز

امروزه کارآفرینان را موتور محرکه توسعه و رشد اقتصادی می‏ دانند و از عناصر ضروری ایجاد و توسعه کسب و کار‏های جدید و اشتغال‏زایی به شمار می ‏آورند. با توجه به درصد بالای بیکاری فارغ التحصیلان رشته‏ های کشاورزی، ایجاد و تقویت روحیه کارآفرینی در دانشجویان این رشته می‏تواند نقش مهمی در اشتغال‏زایی آن‏ ها ایفا کند. این پژوهش توصیفی – همبستگی با هدف شناسایی وضعیت کارآفرینی در دانشجویان دانشکده کشاورزی دانشگاه تبریز و عوامل موثر بر آن به‏ منظور طراحی نظام آموزشی مبتنی بر کارآفرینی انجام پذیرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق 550 نفر از دانشجویان دانشکده کشاورزی بودند که حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 190 نفر تعیین و بطور تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. متغیر وابسته تحقیق، وضعیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان بود. برای برآورد وضعیت کارآفرینی دانشجویان از مدل رگرسیون لاجیت طبقه بندی شده استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که 3.65 درصد دانشجویان غیر‏کارآفرین، 1.21 و 6.13 درصد نیز به ترتیب در وضعیت کارآفرین ضعیف و کارآفرین بالقوه قرار داشتند. این امر بیان کننده لزوم بازنگری در محتوای برنامه آموزشی جهت تقویت و توسعه روحیه کارآفرینی در دانشجویان می‏باشد. نتایج برآورد مدل لاجیت طبقه‏ بندیشده نشان داد که از ویژگی های روانشناختی مورد مطالعه ریسکپذیری، توفیق طلبی و خلاقیت بر کارآفرینی دانشجویان موثر می‏باشند. همچنین، کارآفرینی در دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی نسبت به کارشناسی ارشد و دانشجویانی که درس کارآفرینی را گذرانده بودند نسبت به سایر دانشجویان بیشتر بود.

Psychological Characteristics Affecting the Entrepreneurship of Agricultural Students of Tabriz University

Today, the entrepreneurs are known as the engine of development and economic growth. They are essential elements for development of new businesses and jobs. Due to the high percentage of unemployed graduates in agriculture, strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit of agricultural students could play a major role in creating jobs by them. This descriptive – correlation study was conducted for identifying entrepreneurship status of the agricultural students of Tabriz University in order to set up an entrepreneurshipbased educational system. The population of the study was 550 students of the agricultural college and sample size was determined as 190 by using the Cochran formula, who were randomly selected. Dependent variable was entrepreneurship status of the students. Order logit model used to estimate the determinants of entrepreneurship for agricultural students. Results showed that 65.3 percent of the students have not shown any sign of entrepreneurs, 21.1 percent and 13.6 percent were weak entrepreneurs and potential entrepreneurs, respectively. Results indicates the necessity for changing the educational system for strengthening and developing the students#039; entrepreneurship. Logit model showed that three psychological characteristics:quot;risktaking propensityquot;, quot;achievement needsquot; and quot;creativityquot; had significant effects on the entrepreneurship of agricultural students. In addition, entrepreneurship status of the undergraduate students was more than the postgraduate students, and the students who passed course of entrepreneurship more than the others.
