عوامل موثر بر میزان رضایت‌مندی کشاورزان روستاهای شهرستان میاندوآب از فعالیت‌های ترویج در زمینه کشاورزی پایدار

یکی از عوامل مهم استقبال کشاورزان از فعالیت‌های ترویج و مشارکت در آن‌ها، رضایت‌مندی آن‌ها از فعالیت کارشناسان در این فعالیت‌ها است. مروجان اداره جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان میاندوآب، طی چندین سال اخیر فعالیت‌های ترویجی متنوع از قبیل، کلاس‌های آموزشی، بازدید از مزارع نمایشی و تحقیقاتی جهت آشنایی کشاورزان منطقه با اصول و مزایای کشاورزی پایدار برگزار کرده‌اند. لذا هدف این پژوهش، سنجش میزان رضایت‌مندی کشاورزان از فعالیت‌های ترویجی درزمینهٔ کشاورزی پایدار در روستاهای این شهرستان و عوامل موثر بر آن بود. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق، 5154 سرپرست خانوار ساکن 18 روستای تحت پوشش مراکز خدمات کشاورزی بودند که در فعالیت‌های ترویجی برگزارشده شرکت کرده بودند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان 360 نفر تعیین شد که کشاورزان نمونه با روش مرحله‌ای از 9 روستا به روش انتساب متناسب و تصادفی انتخاب شدند و با روش مصاحبه نسبت به جمع‌آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه تحقیق اقدام شد. ابزار تحقیق در 8 بخش و 50 سوال طراحی شد. روایی ابزار تحقیق با روش صوری توسط اعضای کمیته تحقیق و پایایی سوالات بخش‌های مختلف که در قالب طیف لیکرت طراحی‌شده بودند با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0/74 تا 0/87 بود که در حد قابل‌قبول و نشان‌دهنده انسجام سوالات بخش‌های مختلف بود. متغیر وابسته تحقیق میزان رضایت‌مندی کشاورزان توسط 6 گویه در قالب طیف لیکرت پنج گزینه‌ای سنجیده شد. برای شناسایی عوامل موثر از تحلیل رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد، میانگین رضایت کشاورزان در حد کمتر از متوسط بود. تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان داد به ترتیب متغیرهای، کیفیت خدمات ترویجی، انتظار از خدمات ترویجی و سن کشاورزان تاثیر معنی‌داری بر متغیر وابسته داشته و 30 درصد از تغییرات واریانس میزان رضایت‌مندی کشاورزان توسط این سه متغیر پیش‌بینی می‌شود.

identification of factors affecting the satisfaction of farmers’ of miandoab county toward extension activities on sustainable agriculture

farmers’ satisfaction of the extension expert’ activities is one of the important factors in acceptance of and participation in extensional activities. the extension agents of miandoab agricultural jihad administration have held various extension activities such as educational classes, demonstration and research farms visitings in order to familiarize the farmers with the principles and benefits of sustainable agriculture. the purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting farmers’ satisfaction of extension activities in the field of sustainable agriculture in the villages of miandoab county. this research was an applied and descriptive-correlational study. the statistical population of the research was 5154 rural household heads living in 18 villages covered by agricultural service. the sample size was 360 cases which was estimated by krejcie and morgan table. the samples were selected from 9 villages by a random and proportional allocation method. the interview method was used to collect the information of the research. the research tool included eight sections and 50 questions. the validity of the research tool was evaluated using the members of a research committee through formal content analysis method. the reliability of the different sections of the research tool, which had been designed in the form of a likert type scale, was assessed using the cronbach’s alpha coefficients (ranged from 0.74 to 0.87). the dependent variable of the research was the level of satisfaction of farmers that measured by six questions in the form of a five-point likert scale. stepwise regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors. data analysis showed that the average satisfaction of farmers was below 2. the quality of extension services, expectation of extension services, and the age of farmers had significant effects on the dependent variable and 30% of the farmers’ satisfaction variance was predicted by these three variables.
