عوامل موثر بر رضایت‌مندی روستاییان شهرستان تبریز از برنامه‌های کشاورزی و روستایی تلویزیون شبکه استانی سهند

هدف اصلی این تحقیق بررسی میزان رضایتمندی روستاییان از برنامه های کشاورزی و روستایی تلویزیون شبکه استانی سهند در استان آذربایجان شرقی بود. روش تحقیق از نوع کاربردی و توصیفی - همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق، 149500 نفر روستایی ساکن 71 روستای تحت پوشش 6 دهستان شهرستان تبریز بودند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی – مورگان، 350 نفر تعیین شد. نمونه گیری بروش چندمرحله‌ای انجام شد. داده های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه با 61 سوال باز و بسته در قالب طیف لیکرت جمع آوری شد. پایایی سوالات با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0/77 و 0/81 محاسبه شد که در حد قابل‌قبول بود. میانگین رضایت مندی روستاییان در حد بیشتر از متوسط (3/13) بود. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام نشان داد: متغیرهای، مشارکت در تهیه ی برنامه، کاربردی بودن محتوا، متناسب بودن زمان پخش برنامه، کیفیت صدا و تصویر در منطقه و مدت‌زمان استفاده از برنامه‌ها به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را در میزان رضایت مندی روستاییان از برنامه های کشاورزی شبکه سهند داشتند و 55 درصد تغییرات متغیر وابسته را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند.

factors affecting the tabriz city villagers’ satisfaction toward agricultural and rural tv programs of sahand provincial network

the main purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting satisfaction of villagers of tabriz city toward agricultural and rural programs of sahand provincial tv channel. survey method was employed for conducting this descriptive-correlational study. statistical population was 149500 rural people in 71 villages under the 6 rural districts of tabriz. samples size was determined by krejcie and morgan table (n=350) and the samples were selected by a multistage sampling approach. the required data was collected by a questionnaire with 61 open/close-ended questions on a likert type scale. the values of cronbach’s alpha coefficients ranged between 0.77-0.81. the level of villagers’ satisfaction was higher than the average (3.13). stepwise regression analysis showed that the variables “participation in the preparation of the program”, “applicability of the content”, “suitability of the program broadcast time”, “quality of tv sound and image in the region” and “the duration of using the programs” have the greatest effect on the level of satisfaction, respectively. in total, these variables predicted 55% changes of the dependent variable.
