بررسی ارتباط امنیت غذایی و پایداری زراعی خانوارهای کشاورز شهرستان آمل

نظر به اهمیت جایگاه امنیت غذایی و پایداری کشاورزی در برنامه های سند چشم انداز توسعه ایران، هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط پایداری زراعی و امنیت غذایی خانوارهای کشاورز مناطق روستایی شهرستان آمل می‌باشد. در این راستا، داده های موردنیاز به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای از 105 خانوار کشاورز در منطقه به دست آمد. جهت بررسی وضعیت امنیت غذایی خانوارها از شاخص استراتژی مقابله ای استفاده شد. همچنین برای تعیین پایداری زراعی از یک شاخص تجمیع شده بر اساس جنبه های اقتصادی، اجتماعی و محیط زیستی با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی استفاده شد. برای بررسی رابطه پایداری و ناامنی غذایی از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج، حاشیه ناخالص سود از جنبه اقتصادی، همدلی از جنبه اجتماعی و آفت‌کش‌ها از جنبه محیط زیستی بیشترین تاثیر را بر پایداری زراعی داشته اند. همچنین 57% از خانوارهای کشاورزان مناطق روستایی شهرستان آمل از ناامنی غذایی رنج می برند. 39% ناامنی غذایی متوسط و فقط 4% از امنیت غذایی برخوردارند. به علاوه پاسخگویان، سطوح متفاوتی از استراتژی های مقابله را برای مقابله با ناامنی غذایی مورد استفاده قرار می دهند. همچنین رابطه مثبت و معنی داری بین پایداری اجتماعی و امنیت غذایی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان آمل وجود دارد. در حالی که بین پایداری اقتصادی و محیط زیستی با امنیت غذایی در منطقه مطالعاتی رابطه معنی داری یافت نشد.

considering the importance of food security and agricultural sustainability in iran’s development vision document, the purpose of this research was to investigate the relationship between agricultural sustainability and food security of farming households in rural areas of amol county. in this regard, the required data were obtained by stratified random sampling from 105 farmer households in the region. coping strategy index was used to measure the food security status of households. also, to determine agricultural sustainability, an aggregated index based on economic, social, and environmental pillars was used using analytical hierarchy process method. pearson’s correlation coefficient was emplyed to investigate the relationship between sustainability and food insecurity. based on the results, gross profit margin from the economic aspect, empathy from the social aspect, and pesticides from the environmental aspect had the greatest impact on agricultural sustainability. furthermore, 57% of farmer households in the rural areas of amol county suffered from food insecurity. 39% had moderate food insecurity, and only 4% enjoyed food security. in addition, respondents use different levels of coping strategies to deal with food insecurity. in addition, there is a positive and significant relationship between social sustainability and food security in the rural areas of amol county. while no significant relationship was found between economic and environmental sustainability and food security in the study area.
