تعیین کارایی فنی تولیدکنندگان انگور و سیب (مورد مطالعه: منطقه‌ی بندان شهرستان دنا)

با توجه به محدویت های بخش کشاورزی برای افزایش تولید از طریق توسعه ی عوامل تولید و تغییرات عمده در فناوری های موجود شاید مناسب ترین راهکار اقتصادی به منظور افزایش تولید و درآمد کشاورزان از طریق بهبود کارایی فنی و در کل به دست آوردن حداکثر تولید از مجموعه ی ثابتی از عوامل تولید باشد. در این راستا، هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین کارایی فنی تولیدکنندگان انگور و سیب منطقه ی بندان در شهرستان دنا بود. جامعه ی آماری پژوهش باغداران انگور و سیب در منطقه ی بندان بودند که از میان آن ها 126 انگورکار و 107 سیب کار به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. به منظور بررسی کارایی فنی تولیدکنندگان از تابع تولید کاب_ داگلاس در محیط نرم‌افزار frontier استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تخمین تابع تولید انگور و سیب نشان از تاثیر نهاده های سم، کود، ماشین آلات، نیروی کارگر، زمین و آب بر تولید داشت. همچنین، میانگین کارایی فنی تولیدکنندگان انگور و سیب به ترتیب 82/17 درصد و 52/38 درصد برآورد گردید که حاکی از کارایی بالای انگورکاران و کارایی متوسط سیب کاران بود.

determining the technical efficiency of apple and grape producers (the case of bandan region of dena county)

considering the limitations of the agricultural sector to increase production through the development of production factors and major changes in existing technologies, perhaps the most appropriate economic solution is to increase the production and income of farmers through improving technical efficiency and in general obtaining maximum production from fixed set of production factors. in this regard, the aim of the current research was to determine the technical efficiency of grape and apple producers in bandan region of dena county. the statistical population of the research was grape and apple orchardists in bandan region, among whom 126 grape growers and 107 apple growers were randomly selected. in order to check the technical efficiency of the producers, the cobb - douglas production function was used in the frontier software environment. the results obtained from the estimation of grape and apple production function showed the effect of inputs of poison, fertilizer, machinery, labor, land and water on the production. the average technical efficiency of grape and apple producers was estimated at 82.17% and 52.38%, respectively, which indicated high efficiency of grape growers and average efficiency of apple growers.
