اشتغال‌پذیری جوانان روستایی و مهارت‌های دیجیتال

توانمندسازی جوانان برای اشتغال‌پذیری، به معنای برخورداری از مجموعه دانش، مهارت‌ها و نگرش ها برای کسب یک شغل و ایفای نقش موثر در بازار کار، از اولویت‌های اصلی دولت‌ها در برنامه‌های توسعه است. این موضوع به‌ویژه در مورد جوانان روستایی به‌عنوان نیروی مولد در اقتصاد روستا و بخش کشاورزی از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار بوده و عدم توجه به توانمندی جوانان و بهره‌گیری شایسته از ظرفیت‌های آن‌ها، هدر رفت منابع انسانی و پدیده مهاجرت را در پی خواهد داشت. امروزه با پیشرفت‌های گسترده در حوزه‌های مختلف علمی و فناوری و از سویی تغییر شرایط و نیازها و انتظارت جوامع، انطباق محتوای آموزش‌های مهارتی جوانان با پیشرفت‌های علمی و فناوری و تحولات اجتماعی، همواره یکی از دغدغه‌های پیش‌روی نظام‌های آموزش مهارتی است که نیازمند تدبیر هوشمندانه برای ایجاد تغییرات فرایندی و محتوایی نوآورانه و موثر به‌منظور پوشش شکاف‌های مهارتی جوانان در حوزه فناوری‌های نوین و به‌طور خاص در عصر حاضر، فناوری‌های دیجیتال می‌باشد. در نوشتار حاضر با بهره‌گیری از روش‌شناسی مطالعات مروری، به نقش سواد و مهارت‌‌های دیجیتال در توانمندسازی جوانان روستایی برای ورود به مشاغل آینده و ضرورت مدل‌سازی و اجرای فرایندهای موثر و هدفمند برای ایجاد و تقویت مهارت‌ها و توانمندی‌های مورد نیاز در جوانان مناطق روستایی برای رویارویی اثربخش یا چالش‌های آینده اشتغال، در بستر فناوری‌های دیجیتال و بهره‌گیری شایسته از فرصت‌های موجود در این حوزه از فناوری‌ها پرداخته شده است.

rural youth employability and digital skills

empowering youth for employability, which means having the set of knowledge, skills, and attitudes to get a job and play an effective role in the labor market, is one of the main priorities of governments in development programs. this issue is especially important for rural youth people as an important labor force in the rural economy and undoubtedly, not paying attention to the capabilities of the rural youth will result in wasting human resources and migration in villages. due to the extensive progress in various scientific and technological fields and also increasingly changing conditions, needs, and expectations of societies, adapting the content of youth skill training to scientific and technological advances and social developments is one of the concerns of the skill training systems. to fulfill this purpose, there is an urgent need to an intelligent plan to create innovative and effective process and content changes in order to cover the skill gaps of young people in the field of new technologies, especially digital technologies. in this research, the role of digital skills and knowledge in empowering rural youth for employability in future has been discussed using the methodology of review studies. also, the necessity of modeling and implementing effective processes to create and strengthen the skills and knowledge needed for rural youth employability to face the future challenges of employment has been investigated.
