شناسایی و ارزیابی زنجیره ارزش در سطح فعالیت‌های اصلی و پشتیبانی تولید سیب‌زمینی از دیدگاه کشاورزان و کارشناسان

زنجیره ارزش به ابزاری مهم جهت درک روابط تجاری کسب‌و‌کار، بهبود کارایی و توانمندسازی جهت ارتقاء بهره‌وری و ارزش‌افزوده بدل گشته است. پژوهش حاضر با بررسی زنجیره ارزش محصول سیب‌زمینی در شهر اردبیل در پی آن است تا این موضوع مهم و استراتژیک را مورد مطالعه قرار دهد. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف پژوهشی کاربردی، از لحاظ روش انجام پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی است که با بهره‌گیری از مدل پورتر به بررسی زنجیره ارزش فعالیت تولید سیب‌زمینی پرداخته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل مدیران و کارشناسان اداره جهاد کشاورزی استان اردبیل و کشاورزان استان اردبیل بود که از بین آن‌ها 384 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان و به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب و داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته جمع آوری شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش بر مبنای مناسبات مولفه‌های زنجیره ارزش فعالیت تولید سیب‌زمینی، بخش‌های فراهم‌سازی نهاده‌ها و عوامل تولید و مدیریت نیروی انسانی در منطقه به ترتیب با امتیازات 8/2 و 5/9 بهترین و ضعیف‌ترین عملکرد را در زنجیره ارزش این محصول به خود تخصیص داده‌اند.

identifying and evaluating the value chain at the level of main activities and supporting potato production from the perspective of farmers and experts

the value chain has become an important tool for understanding business relations, improving efficiency, and empowering to improve productivity and added value. the current research aims to study this important and strategic issue by examining the value chain of potato products in ardabil city. in terms of the purpose, the research is an applied study. in addition, the current research is a descriptive-analytical research that has investigated the value chain of potato production by using porter’s model. the statistical population of the research included the managers and experts of the ardabil province agricultural jihad department and farmers of ardabil province, among whom 384 cases were selected based on the morgan table and a purposeful sampling method. the data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire. based on the results of the research on the relationship between the components of the value chain of potato production activity, with scores of 8.2 and 5.9, the departments providing inputs and production factors and managing human resources in the region were assigned the best and weakest performance in the value chain of this product, respectively.
