نظریه اخلاق زیست‌محیطی؛ مسئولیت‌محوری نماینده خالق در زمین

انسان به‌عنوان نماینده و خلیفه خداوند در زمین مسئولیت دارد که تکالیفی را که خداوند در قبال مخلوقاتش برای خود تعیین کرده است را به عهده گرفته و به آن عمل کند. منظور از مخلوقات، انسان‌های پراکنده در سطح کره زمین، حیوانات، گیاهان و به‌طور کلی محیط‌زیست می‌باشد. این نوع نگرش، مبنای بسیاری از نظریه‌های زیست‌محیطی قرار گرفته است. این مطالعه، با هدف تدوین نظریه‌ای پاسخگو و تبیین تکالیف و وظایف انسان نسبت به محیط‌زیست (آب، هوا، کشاورزی، جنگل‌ها، حیوانات و غیره) با روش‌های تحلیل اسنادی، تحلیل محتوا، مفهوم‌یابی و الگوسازی یا نظریه‌پردازی انجام شد. در این مطالعه از اسناد معتبری مانند قرآن کریم، تفاسیر، پایگاه‌های فرهنگی حوزه‌های علمیه استفاده شده است. در قرآن مجید، خداوند سبحان نسبت به اشیاء (همه‌چیز؛ مانند آیه شریفهوَ هُوَ عَلى‌ کُلِّ شَیْ‌ءٍ وَکِیلٌ) صفاتی را برای خود مطرح می‌کند. این ویژگی‌ها در 18 مورد و زمینه تشخیص داده شد. سپس تعاریف و شرح هر یک از ویژگی‌ها از منابع مختلف مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و از مجموع نظرات نتیجه‌ای استنباط و تنظیم گردید. مجموع این نتیجه‌ها در یک جدول جمع‌آوری شد تا اهل پژوهش و اندیشه در آن تامل و در اصلاح، تکمیل و گسترش این مجموعه مشارکت نمایند. در نهایت، 12 تکلیف و وظیفه‌ایجابی که بشر به‌عنوان نماینده خالق نسبت به مخلوقات الهی به عهده دارد و بایستی در اجرا و عمل به آن‌ها بکوشد و 10 رفتار سلبی که این نماینده باید از آن‌ها بپرهیزد مشخص گردید.

the theory of environmental ethics - the principal responsibilities of the creator’s representative on earth

man, as god’s representative and caliph on earth, is responsible to undertake and perform the duties that god has set for himself in relation to his creatures. from the creatures in question, humans scattered on the planet, animals, and plants in particular or the entire environment are mentioned, which is the basis of environmental theories. in order to formulate an answerable theory and explain the duties and functions of humans in relation to the environment (water, air, agriculture, forests and animals, etc.), a study was designed and with documentary methods, content analysis, conceptualization, and modeling or theorizing methods were applied. in the holy qur’an, allah subhanahu wa ta’ala presents attributes to himself in relation to everything (such as: he is the guardian of all things), and these characteristics were recognized in eighteen subjects and contexts.  then, the definitions and descriptions of each feature were examined from different sources, and the results were deduced and adjusted from the sum of opinions. all of these results were combined in one table so the people of research and thought can reflect on it and participate in the correction, completion, and expansion of this collection. finally, from this achievement, twelve positive and desirable duties and responsibilities that humans as a representative of the creator have towards the divine creations and must try to implement and act on them, and ten negative and prohibited behaviors that this representative must avoid were determined.
