طراحی الگوی مناسب ایجاد تعاونی های کشاورزی دانش بنیان در استان گیلان

امروزه با پیشرفت علوم، فنون و تغییرات به وجود آمده در بخش کشاورزی، تعاونی‌ها به‌طور سنتی نمی‌توانند کارایی مناسب را داشته باشند؛ بنابراین شرکت‌های تعاونی دانش‌بنیان با هدف برطرف ساختن این کاستی‌ها پدید آمدند. این تحقیق در طول سال زراعی 1402-1401 و با هدف، زمینه یابی و ارائه ‏ی الگوی مناسب ایجاد تعاونی های کشاورزی دانش‌بنیان در استان گیلان به انجام رسید. روش تحقیق از نظر رویکرد، ترکیبی (کمی-کیفی) و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. در بخش کیفی 18 عضو شرکت دانش بنیان با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و در بخش کمی به صورت تمام شماری، 35 نفر از کارشناسان و خبرگان بررسی گردیدند. جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق مطالعه‏ ی کتابخانه‏ ای و میدانی (مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند و پرسش نامه محقق ساخته) به انجام رسید. روایی پرسشنامه توسط 10 نفر از اساتید گروه اقتصاد کشاورزی دانشگاه گیلان و محققان اداره کل تعاون، کار و رفاه اجتماعی استان و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ مقدار0/85 تایید شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین وضعیت موجود شرکت‌های تعاونی با وضعیت مطلوب شرکت‌های تعاونی کشاورزی دانش بنیان از دیدگاه کارشناسان مورد مطالعه تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد و بیشترین شکاف به ترتیب از نظر کارکردهای زیست محیطی، کارکردهای اجتماعی- فرهنگی و نحوه ی انتخاب صحیح اعضاء و ایجاد انگیزه ی کارآفرینی در آن ها بین دو حالت مشاهده شد.

designing appropriate model of establishing knowledge-based agricultural cooperatives in guilan province

today, with the advancement of science, techniques and changes in the agricultural sector, cooperatives traditionally cannot have the proper efficiency. therefore, knowledge-based cooperative companies were created with the aim of solving these shortcomings. this research was done during the year 2022-2023 with the aim of finding the context and presenting a suitable model for creating knowledge-based agricultural cooperatives in guilan province. the research method is mixed in terms of approach (quantitative-qualitative) and practical in terms of purpose. in the qualitative part, 18 members of knowledge-based companies were selected using the snowball sampling method, and in the quantitative part, 35 experts were investigated. data collection was done through a library study approach and field study (semi-structured interviews and researcher-made questionnaire). the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of department of agricultural economics of guilan university and researchers of the general department of cooperation, labor and social welfare of the province. in addition, the reliability was confirmed using cronbach’s alpha of 0.85. the results showed that there is a significant difference between the current state of cooperative companies and the desirable state of knowledge-based agricultural cooperative companies from the point of view of the studied experts. it shouls also be mentioned that the biggest gaps between two modes were in terms of environmental functions, socio-cultural functions, correct method of selecting members, and creating entrepreneurial motivation, respectively.
