اولویت بندی راهبردهای توسعه کشاورزی پایدار استان خوزستان: کاربرد روش فرآیند تحلیل شبکه‌ای

هدف نهایی پژوهش اولویت‌بندی راهبردهای توسعه کشاورزی پایدار استان خوزستان با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل شبکه‌ای می‌باشد. در این پژوهش، جمع آوری داده ها شامل چند مرحله بود: مرحله اول، با بررسی ادبیات تحقیق و مطالعه پیشینه پژوهش‌ها عوامل موثر بر بهبود پایداری کشاورزی شناسایی و در قالب یک مدل مفهومی تدوین‌ شده است. در مرحله دوم، به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی راهبردهای توسعه کشاورزی پایدار استان خوزستان از دیدگاه 25 نفر از اعضای هیئت‌علمی و محققین مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان خوزستان با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار super decision انجام شد. نتایج حاصل از مقایسه زوجی معیارها (ابعاد پایداری) نشان داد بعد پایداری اجتماعی (با امتیاز 0/311) بالاترین اولویت را به خود اختصاص داده است. این یافته نشان می دهد که جهت دستیابی به توسعه پایدار کشاورزی توجه به مشارکت بهره برداران و ذی نفعان کشاورزی و توسعه اصول کشاورزی پایدار در جهت نهادینه سازی فرهنگ کشاورزی پایدار در بین آن ها اهمیت دارد. لذا، ضرورت دارد در گام اول فرهنگ کشاورزی پایدار در جوامع ذینفع نهادینه گردد و ترویج کشاورزی در این راستا می‌تواند نقش‌آفرینی نماید. یافته‌ها نشان داد مهم‌ترین شاخص دستیابی به توسعه پایدار کشاورزی، راهکار تقویت تعاونی های تولید پایدار محصولات کشاورزی (با امتیاز 0/186) است؛ بنابراین، از الزامات ضروری مدیریت صحیح منابع تولید بخش کشاورزی استان و پایداری آن ها توجه به فعال نمودن و ایجاد تعاونی ها کشاورزی پایدار و مشارکت دادن آن ها در فرآیندهای طراحی، اجرا و بهره برداری طرح های کشاورزی می باشد.

prioritization of strategies for the development of sustainable agricultural in khuzestan province: application of analytical network process

the goal of the research is to prioritize strategies for the development of sustainable agriculture in khuzestan province using the analytical network process method. in this study, data collection consisted of several stages: in the first stage, by examining the research literature and studying the background, the factors affecting the improvement of agricultural sustainability were identified and formulated as a conceptual model. in the second stage, to prioritize the factors affecting the improvement of agricultural sustainability in khuzestan province, 25 researchers from the khuzestan agricultural and natural resources research center were consulted. sampling in this study was performed using the snowball method. data analysis was carried out using super decision software. the results of the pairwise comparison of criteria, according to the main goal, showed that the dimension of social and environmental sustainability (with a score of 0.311) was the highest priority. this finding suggests that, to achieve sustainable agricultural development in khuzestan province, attention should be given to the participation of agricultural stakeholders and the development of sustainable agricultural principles to institutionalize a stable agricultural culture among them. therefore, it is necessary, as a first step, to institutionalize a sustainable agricultural culture in the interested communities, with agricultural extension playing a key role in this direction. the research findings indicated that the most important factor for achieving sustainable agricultural development is the strategy to strengthen sustainable agricultural production cooperatives (with a score of 0.186). hence, the essential requirements for the proper management and sustainability of agricultural production resources in the province include focusing on the activation of sustainable agricultural cooperatives and their participation in the design, implementation, and operation of agricultural projects.
