تحلیل تجارب زیسته اعضای هیئت‌علمی کشاورزی از ماموریت مطالعاتی در جامعه و صنعت

ماموریت مطالعاتی اعضای هیئت‌علمی در جامعه و صنعت یکی از راهکارهای برقراری ارتباط نظام مند دانشگاه با جامعه و صنعت است و برای برنامه ریزی و اجرای هرچه اثربخش تر این مهم لازم است کم و کیف این برنامه بر اساس تجارب زیسته ذی نفعان مورد واکاوی عمیق قرار گیرد. بنابراین، پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد کیفی به تحلیل تجارب زیسته اعضای هیئت‌علمی کشاورزی از ماموریت مطالعاتی در جامعه و صنعت پرداخته است و بدین منظور از روش پدیدارشناسی بهره گرفته شده است. برای گردآوری داده ها با اعضای هیئت‌علمی کشاورزی منتخبی از دانشگاه های کشور مصاحبه عمیق انجام گرفت و تا انجام 13 مصاحبه و رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از راهبرد هفت مرحله ای کلایزی و با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس‌کیودا (maxqda) انجام گرفت. برای بررسی دقت و اعتبار داده ها از معیارهای قابلیت اعتبار، قابلیت انتقال، قابلیت اطمینان و قابلیت تایید استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان می‌دهد دستاوردهای قابل انتظار از ماموریت مطالعاتی اعضای هیئت‌علمی در جامعه و صنعت شامل چهار مقوله (الف) ارتقای علمی، آموزشی و پژوهشی؛ (ب) اعتمادسازی و گسترش همکاری آتی؛ (ج) ارتباطات، حمایت و شبکه سازی؛ و (د) فردی–حرفه ای می باشد. این درحالی است که بر اساس تجارب زیسته مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش، (الف) شفافیت و اطلاع رسانی؛ (ب) فرایند اداری؛ (ج) ضوابط و دستورالعمل‌ها؛ (د) خدماتی حمایتی؛ و (ه) همسویی با دغدغه هیئت‌علمی از چالش های ماموریت مطالعاتی اعضای هیئت‌علمی در جامعه و صنعت است که برای اجرای اثربخش ماموریت مطالعاتی لازم است تصمیم گیری ها و اقداماتی برای حذف و از میان برداشتن چالش های بیان شده صورت گیرد.

an analysis of agricultural faculty members’ lived experiences of society and industry sabbatical leave

society and industry sabbatical leave is one of the ways to establish a systematic collaboration between “universities” and “society and industry”. in order to plan and implement this matter as effectively as possible, it is necessary to deeply analyze the merits and demerits of this program based on the lived experiences of the beneficiaries. therefore, this research studied the lived experiences of agricultural faculty members with a qualitative approach. phenomenological method was identified to a suitable method for this purpose. in order to collect data, some in-depth interviews were conducted with the agricultural faculty members. after conducting 13 interviews and achieving the theoretical saturation, data gathering was stopped. data were analyzed using colaizzi’s strategy and maxqda software. trustworthiness of the data and results was achieved by credibility, authenticity, transferability, and confirmability. the findings showed that the expected outcomes of faculty members from the society and industry sabbatical leave included: (a) scientific, educational, and research promotion, (b) trust and expanding future cooperation, (c) communication, support, and networking, and (d) personal-professional promotion. however, based on the lived experiences of participants, some factors including (a) transparency and information, (b) administrative process, (c) rules and guidelines, (d) support services, and (e) aligning with the concern of the faculty member were of the most important challenges of faculty members in their sabbatical leave in society and industry. therefore, for the effective implementation of the sabbatical leave, it is necessary to make decisions and actions to eliminate the mentioned challenges.
