عوامل موثر بر مشارکت اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشکده‌های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی در برنامه های آموزش کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی استان آذربایجان غربی

یکی از ضعف های برنامه های آموزش کارکنان سازمان های جهاد کشاورزی استفاده کمتر از مدرسان با صلاحیت و خبره می‌باشد. هدف پژوهش، بررسی عوامل موثر بر مشارکت اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشکده های کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی در برنامه‌های آموزش کارکنان سازمان جهاد کشاورزی بود. این پژوهش با پارادایم کمی و روش پیمایشی در سال 1399 انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش 110 نفر عضو هیئت‌علمی دانشکده کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی دانشگاه ارومیه بود که 82 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بود که بر اساس مدل نظریه رفتار برنامه ریزی شده طراحی گردید. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط 5 نفر از هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه ارومیه و روایی همگرای آن با به‌کارگیری ave (0/73-0/52) تایید شد. پایایی پرسشنامه با ضریب تتای ترتیبی (0/90-0/71) و cr (0/95-0/81) محاسبه گردید. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که علیرغم اینکه اعضای هیئت‌علمی نگرش مثبتی به آموزش کارکنان دارند، تمایل آن‌ها به مشارکت در برنامه های آموزش کارکنان پایین‌تر از سطح متوسط بوده و کمتر از 10 درصد اعضای هیئت‌علمی در آموزش‌های بدو یا ضمن خدمت کارکنان مشارکت داشته اند. بر اساس نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون لجستیک ترتیبی تمایل اعضای هیئت‌علمی به مشارکت در برنامه های آموزش کارکنان تحت تاثیر متغیرهای خودکنترلی، اعتماد به سازمان جهاد کشاورزی، هنجارهای جامعه سازمانی و تجربه مشارکت در چنین آموزش هایی می باشد. لذا برای تقویت مشارکت اعضای هیئت‌علمی در برنامه های آموزش کارکنان لازم است: تفاهم نامه همکاری بین دانشگاه و سازمان جهاد کشاورزی ایجاد شود؛ برای خدمات ترویجی اعضای هیئت‌علمی حق‌الزحمه پرداخت شود و این فعالیت ها جزء شاخص های ترفیع و ارتقاء آن‌ها لحاظ شود.

factors affecting agricultural and natural resources faculty members’ participation in educational programs of jihad–agriculture organization of west azarbaijan province

one of the weaknesses of the staff educational programs (sep) of jihad –agriculture organization (jao) is the less use of qualified and expert teachers. the purpose of this research was to investigate the factors affecting the participation of agricultural and natural resources faculty members in the sep. this research used a quantitative paradigm through a survey and conducted in 2021. a sample of 82 out of 110 agricultural and natural resources faculty members of urmia university was randomly selected. the research tool was a questionnaire that designed based on theory of planned behavior. the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 5 faculty members at urmia university and its convergent validity was confirmed using ave (0.52-0.73). the reliability of the questionnaire was calculated by the ordinal theta (0.71-0.90) and cr (0.81-0.95). the results showed that faculty members have a positive attitude towards sep, but less than 10% of the faculty members have participated in pre or in-service sep. intention of them to educate the jao staff is lower than the average. based on the ordinal logistic regression analysis, faculty members’ intention to participate in the sep is influenced by the variables self-control, trust in the jao, organizational community norms, and the experience of participating in sep. therefore, in order to strengthen the participation of the faculty members in the sep, it is necessary to create a cooperation agreement between the universities and the jao. it is also recommended that these programs should be strengthened in terms of payments for faculty member and be considered as the faculty member’s job promotion indicators.
