تدوین برنامه‌های عملیاتی جهت رعایت اخلاق در کشاورزی:مورد مطالعه روستای تلبومه استان خوزستان

بروز بحران های جدی ناشی از رفتار های غیر اخلاقی در کشاورزی، اهمیت نهادینه سازی کشاورزی اخلاقی را بیش از پیش نمودار ساخته است. به دلیل آن که کشاورزان مهم ترین علت بروز رفتار غیر اخلاقی در فعالیت های کشاورزی هستند، هم اکنون بذل توجه و ارائه آموزش به آن ها در مورد حصول کشاورزی اخلاقی به هدفی مهم تبدیل شده است. روش های متعددی به‌منظور ایجاد توافق بین تمامی دست‌اندرکاران بخش کشاورزی جهت تدوین برنامه های حمایت از محیط زیست در کشاورزی وجود دارد؛ اما یکی از کاربردی ترین این روش ها، روش ارزشیابی پاسخگو است. لذا هدف تحقیق حاضر، تدوین دستورالعملی جهت دگرگونی در اطلاعات، بینش ها و مهارت های تمامی ذی نفعان مربوطه در روستای تلبومه استان خوزستان بوده است. کشاورزان هدف از روستای تلبومه شهرستان باوی بودند که با استفاده از نمونه گیری گلوله برفی 15 نفر از آن ها انتخاب شدند. مداخله ‏گر ها از کارشناسان مدیریت جهاد کشاورزی شهرستان باوی و پرسنل بخشداری مرکزی باوی بودند که برای همکاری در فرآیند پژوهش، پنج نفر از آن ها برگزیده شدند.نتایج تحقیق، کاهش اختلاف قدرت میان ذی نفعان، بهبود ارتباط متقابل و تناسب در الگوهای عمل ذی نفعان را به‌عنوان سه رکن اصلی برای تغییر باور های اصلی و تحقق یادگیری دو حلقه ای، معرفی نمود. مدل عملیاتی تحقیق تایید نمود که به‌منظور نیل به رفتار اخلاق محور با محیط زیست هم روستاییان و هم سایر مداخله گران نیاز انکارناپذیری به آموزش و یادگیری دارند. به‌منظور نیل به این نوع یادگیری، بازدید های صحرایی کشاورزان از واحد های تولیدی رعایت کننده اصول کشاورزی اخلاقی، به‌عنوان روش نمایش نتیجه، پیشنهاد می شود.

Developing Action plans to Adhere Ethics in Agriculture: The Case of Talboumeh Village of Khuzestan Province

Serious problems arising from unethical behaviors in agriculture have further highlighted the importance of institutionalizing ethical agriculture. Because farmers are the most important cause of unethical behaviors in agricultural activities, paying attention to their practices and educating them on how to achieve ethical farming have now become an important goal. There are several ways to reach agreement among all agricultural stakeholders to develop environmental protection programs in agriculture. However, one of the most applicable methods for this purpose is the responsive evaluation method. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to develop a guideline for changing the information, insights, and skills of all relevant stakeholders in Talboume village in Khuzestan province. The farmers were from Talboume village of Bavi city and out of them 15 persons were selected using snowball sampling. The interveners were Bavi County Agricultural Jihad Management Experts and Bavi Central Provincial Personnel and from whom five samples were selected to participate in the research process. The results of the study identified the reduction of power differences among stakeholders, improved interaction, and fitness in action theories of stakeholder as the three main pillars for changing core beliefs and the implementation of Double loop Learning. The operational model of the study confirmed that both villagers and other interventionists undeniably need training and learning in order to achieve ethical behavior with the environment. In order to achieve this type of learning, farmers’ field visits to production units adhering to the principles of ethical farming are recommended as the method of demonstrating results.
