تبیین وضعیت موجود و وضعیت مطلوب شایستگی‏ های لازم برای رهبری در بین دانشجویان کشاورزی

برخورداری از توانمندی های رهبری، از مولفه های موثر در موفقیت مدیران کشاورزی است. صاحب نظران حیطه مدیریت و رهبری معتقدند که این شایستگی ها عمدتاً اکتسابی هستند و باید حین تحصیل به دانشجویان منتقل و یا در آنان تقویت شوند. شناسایی و توسعه شایستگی‏های رهبری دانشجویان، اغلب در نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی ایران، مورد غفلت قرار گرفته است. هدف این مطالعه، شناسایی شایستگی های رهبری موردنیاز دانشجویان کشاورزی از دیدگاه اساتید دانشگاه و نیز تعیین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب ارتقاء شایستگی ها در مقوله های دانشی، نگرشی و مهارتی رهبری دانشجویان کشاورزی بوده است. به منظور تهیه فهرست شایستگی های رهبری دانشجویان کشاورزی، داده ها از طریق مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند با 14 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه شیراز که در زمینه‏ ی توسعه رهبری دانشجویان صاحب نظر بوده اند، جمع آوری شد. در بخش دوم تحقیق، جامعه آماری شامل 108 نفر از دانشجویان عضو انجمن های علمی کشاورزی دانشگاه شیراز بوده است که 84 نفر از آن ها با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شده و داده ها از طریق انجام مصاحبه ساختارمند جمع آوری شد. یافته های تحقیق منجر به تبیین سه زیرمقوله برای شایستگی دانشی، نُه مفهوم اساسی در مقوله نگرشی، و نهایتاً، چهار زیرمقوله برای شایستگی مهارتی مورد نیاز دانشجویان کشاورزی شده است. همچنین، یافته های پژوهش حاکی از وجود تفاوت معنادار بین میانگین کل وضعیت موجود و مطلوب شایستگی های رهبری دانشجویان در هر یک از مقوله های سه گانه دانشی، نگرشی و مهارتی رهبری بوده است. نهایتاً رتبه بندی کلی برای هر یک از مقوله های شایستگیرهبری به منظور یافتن نیازهای آموزشی دانشجویان صورت گرفت. طبق یافته ها، در حال حاضر دانشجویان کشاورزی به لحاظ توسعه شایستگی های رهبری، با کمبودهایی مواجه می باشند. لذا، پیشنهاد می شود که در برنامه ریزی های آموزشی آتی، اولویت های آموزشی دانشجویان در حیطه توسعه شایستگی های رهبری ب ه طور جدی تری مدنظر قرار داده شود.

Identifying the Present and the Ideal Status of Required Leadership Competencies among Agricultural Students

Leadership competencies are effective factors for the success of agricultural managers. The experts in the field of management and leadership believe that these competencies are usually acquisitive and should be transferred to, or enhanced in students. The identification and development of student leadership competencies have often been neglected in Iran’s higher agricultural education system. The purpose of this study was to identify the required leadership competencies in agricultural students from the perspective of university faculties and to determine the current and ideal status of leadership competencies in categories of knowledge, attitude and skill.  To provide a list of leadership competencies for agricultural students, the data were collected through semistructured interviews with 14 faculty members who were expert in the field of leadership development. The population of the second part of the study consisted of 108 student members of agricultural science associations of Shiraz University. Out of them, 84 students were selected using simple random sampling and the data were collected through structured interviews. The research findings led to the explanation of three subcategories for knowledge competencies, nine basic concepts in the cognitive category, and finally four subcategories of skill competencies. Also, the research findings indicated that there is a significant difference between the means of current and ideal status of student leadership competencies in each of three categories of knowledge, attitude, and leadership skill. Finally, the overall rankings for each category of the leadership competencies were determined. According to the findings, agricultural students are currently facing shortcomings in terms of developing leadership competencies. Therefore, it is suggested that the training priorities of students in the field of development of leadership competencies should be considered more seriously in the future curriculum planning.
