تحلیل وضعیت اکوسیستم کارآفرینی موثر بر توسعه فعالیت‌های کارآفرینانه روستایی: بینش‌هایی از یک پیمایش در میان شالیکاران چندکاره حوضه آبریز دشت هراز

وجود اکوسیستم کارآفرینی مناسب در مناطق روستایی تا حدود زیادی تضمین‌کننده پایداری کسب و کارهای روستایی است. هدف اصلی این تحقیق، تحلیل شکاف وضعیت موجود و مطلوب اکوسیستم کارآفرینی روستایی در حوضه آبریز دشت هراز بود. تحقیق حاضر به روش پیمایشی انجام گرفته و داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مبتنی بر مدل اکوسیستم کارآفرینی آیزنبرگ جمع‌آوری شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق را شالیکاران چندکاره در حوضه آبریز دشت هراز تشکیل داده‌اند که تعداد 182 نفر با بهره‌گیری از نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی شناسایی شدند. در بررسی وضعیت موجود اکوسیستم کارآفرینی روستایی نتایج نشان داد که مولفه‏ ی سرمایه‏ ی انسانی در اولویت اول قرار دارد. این در حالی است که مولفه‏ ها‏ی سیاست و تامین مالی به ترتیب در پایین‌ترین اولویت قرار گرفتند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که در سنجش وضعیت مطلوب اکوسیستم کارآفرینی روستایی، مولفه‏ ی بازار در اولویت اول قرار دارد. این در حالی است که مولفه‌های تامین مالی و سیاست به ترتیب در پایین‌ترین اولویت قرار گرفتند. نتایج حاصل از آزمون ویلکاکسون نشان داد، عمیق‏ترین شکاف بین وضعیت مطلوب و موجود به مولفه‌های تامین مالی و سیاست تعلق دارد.

Analysis of the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Situation Affecting the Development of Rural Entrepreneurial Activities: Insights from a Survey among Pluriactive Rice Farmers in the Watershed of the Haraz Plain, Iran

Existing a desired entrepreneurial ecosystem in rural areas largely guarantees the sustainability of rural businesses. The main purpose of the study was to analyze the current and desired situation of the rural entrepreneurship ecosystem in the watershed of the Haraz plain. The research has been conducted using survey and required data were collected by a researchermade questionnaire based on the Isenberg’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Model. The statistical population of the study consisted of pluriactive rice farmers in the watershed of the Haraz plain. From whom 182 subjects were identified using snowball sampling. The results of the current situation of the rural entrepreneurship ecosystem showed that the human capital component is in ranked first. However, the policy and financial components were ranked lowest, respectively. Also, the results showed that in the desired situation of the rural entrepreneurship ecosystem, the market component is in the first rank. However, the policy and financial components were ranked lowest, respectively. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that the deepest the gap between the desired and the current situation belongs to the policy and financial components.
